    It seems to me they have shades of this right now and are rolling….Go Sox!!

  19. Yeah, the ride has been a lot of fun to start the season, and a lot has gone right for the Sox. But now, let's see how this team fares against the A's, this week. Are the Sox actually a legit contender in 2021 or will they slowly fade back to around .500 over the course of the rest of the season and miss the playoffs, as most had expected before this season began?

  25. Trying to stay sensible…Sox looking good BUT I do keep telling myself that almost half their games have been against Orioles, Tigers, Rangers and early season cold Rays. Big challenges yet to come. Still, this start will gel the team and give plenty of confidence so I’m not complaining…

  26. Has anyone else noticed that these days outfielders cannot throw anymore? Not long enough, fast enough nor accurate enough. There may be a few exceptions but till now, I haven’t seen any.
