  1. Devastation would've had a few more things but otherwise I skipped them cause I'm kinda over this week and I didn't see a point.

    I am no longer doing Full week videos either. DD's week is 1 day videos like before.

  9. This version of Devastation hurts (in a good way) because it really looked like it was going to end in a win for MM and BF, Mearest's face got unleashed and her icon was displaying power.

    BF's confidence should have shot up enough to prolong and let MM break him out further. Even with the Henchmen there, her eyes didn't falter. But BF was just dragged away too quick. It hurts.

    The sequence of events almost was fitting for an Alternate Timeline where BF succeeds and makes his way out with Mearest.

  12. I really love the effort you put into this week. It makes Reimagined into an even more interesting. And I’m very excited for the DD week. Also are your more recent works tied into a night’s end? Because if so then that would perhaps explain why the there isn’t an Extrication Illminated

  13. Another awesome video from Chip, and I was right, this IS a banger video!
    Starting with the beginning of Mayhem, BF's animation showing him looking up only to see MM towering over him was cool. Making BF have that expression instead of his overconfident one was smart, since bro is literally exhausted. This background is really nice, the lamp posts in the back make this feel a lot more real. Using MMs new design from the newer FCR leaks makes this so much better. The lighting for Mayhem is super nice, especially with what appears to be a light fog in the background moving, and the alley being much darker really adds to the realistic feel. I just noticed MM's losing icon in Mayhem, how she uncorrupts a little, the small details in these make it a whole lot better. MM uncorrupting near the end of Mayhem, then recorrupting was really unexpected. I love how BF changes his expression because he thinks hes winning, only to realize that it was literally nothing, and goes back to his other expression.
    Moving on to Devitalization, this lighting is REALLY good! The moon slightly moving is a really cool detail, since, y'know, time exists. That inner glow with the outer line on both MM and BF give this a much better feel. Another little detail, the shadows on the lamp posts, and their glow on them, I love it because you can tell a LOT of effort and time was put into making this. MM's losing icon in Devitalization shows her getting more uncorrupted than the one in Mayhem, probably because of her uncorruption in Devastation I'm guessing. Woah, that transition in the middle of Devitalization was interesting. I actually really like that MM losing icon after the transition, showing her getting even more uncorrupted. Surprised that BF's 2nd Devitalization sprite showed up earlier. His expression showing that he looks like he's trying harder or just getting angrier, really captures the feel that BF's in a dangerous situation. The Henchman's glowing eyes in the limo, and the other limo pulling up, gives the feeling that BF will surely lose. MM's uncorrupting sprite, with her eyes flickering like a broken lightbulb, looks super nice. That camera zoom makes this part of the song a WHOLE lot more suspenseful.
    Now finally, Devastation. First off, this new Devastation sprite for BF is fucking amazing. The fire in the background, combined with the sprite, gives that feel that this is BF's fate, and he can't escape it. The inner glow on his sprite with the outer stroke is just 11/10, you really know how to do lighting. I also love how you made BF's arm position actually humanly possible to do, it looks really great! BF shaking is a nice detail. Again, the moon shifting a little more to the left is an amazing small detail. I love the way you redid MM's first Devastation sprite from the original, that along with the losing icon make it seem BF is barely winning, but at the cost of himself. Also damn, did Darnell spawn in before Devastation? Because the limo apparently blew up or something, and even the dumpster is on fire lmao. I really like how you exaggerated BF's outline instead of making it part of the glow, it just looks so nice to me for some reason. BF's animations at his long note part make it feel like BF's trying to hold on for as long as possible, and I love that a lot. Ooh, I did not expect MM to get uncorrupted like that! Plus her losing icon showing shes actually breaking free? I don't know how she can get recorrupted now. But her sprite looks really good, I love how she just has that 'bruh, you're really saving me while you're about to fuckin die?' look. Oh damn, I guess I should've seen that coming, the Henchmen showing up, and BF pretty much fully corrupting gives almost no hope for MM now, especially with that losing icon. That corrupted BF design is one of the best I've seen, seriously. I like how BF's already got his signature Depression week pointing. Aaaand there goes MM. Her sprite before she falls to the corruption looks amazing, showing her that she has no chance. BF at the end just makes me laugh, hes just like "LOOK AT THIS BI-" AAANYWAYS, this video was one of your best, if not THE best video you've made. Everything about it is just too good. You aren't doing the Senpai week, correct? If not, then I'll be looking forward to Bedeviled Illuminated!

I was right on the MM week, at least on Chip's videos, Corrupted demons are basically Glass Cannons against others, they can corrupt hard but can't evolve due to their nature, so when MM was free, she was still too tired to deal with a newly recorrupted BF with the Henchman on the background as well, amazing.

I'm not sure why, but this makes me imagine a timeline where BF determines that the Corruption is just playing with him via MM, so he switches targets to the Minion in the limo behind MM, Uncorrupts him, and then the Minion blows up the first limo and steals the second to go warn DD and GF. This butterflies the timeline a little, in that the Minion is able to do so, and grabbing the ride MM and BF would have taken buys the Uncorrupted Dearests a little while to prep for BF and MM showing up. This might be enough for them to pull a win, since BF won't surprise them, and they know for a fact that MM is Corrupted and was with BF last the Minion knew, so her showing up for the final song won't be as much of a shock, meaning the impact won't be as bad. They nearly beat BF(at least in Illuminated) at the end of Familiar Finale, so if MM doesn't effectively cripple them, or at least not quite as badly, then they might have a shot.
