I try to cut over the following; Trading, In between camp dialogues (Walking from one person to the next), In towns (Walking from one person to the next), loading screens, repeated deaths, crashes, getting lost, long talks, etc.
This should allow a more cinematic experience and to keep the story flowing as naturally as possible while cutting down on wasted time.
