I know its not gonna happen but I'm hopeful for a single player/co-op option where the map is just filled with zombies and you get the bosses like nemesis and jack to fight like mercenaries.
Like I'm not even someone that blindly hates this just for existing im 100% ready to give it its fair chance, but at the same time im not a pvp guy. Capcom needs to learn that when they make these PvP games, its generally a good idea to have dedicated single player/coop options to satisfy the already established fanbase. Like go ahead and have PvP i dont care but this game seems fully capable of playing exactly like mercenaries if you just fill the map with zombies and let us go for high scores. It feels absoluteky required of this game to have that mode as an option. Come on capcom dont screw this one up give us dedicated single player and co-op. That was by far my biggest issue with resistence, it was honestly a very solid idea for a game but being forced into playing it in PvP and not even having an option to play a true single player or co-op version ruined it. The resident evil community doesnt want to fight for survival AGAINST each other, we want to survive side by side. Like literally thats the mentality alot of people are saying they would absolutely be down for a co-op game and then capcom is like "somebody say pvp?" Its not that complicated capcom just give me a fucking mercenaries style kill all the zombies mode that i can play with a friend.
This looks like the worst thing they have put out since Umbrella Corps. Why is everything look shell-shaded? Why is everything glitchy ? Is this a trailer for a game that was nowhere near finished? The gun sound effect in the intro is hilarious. This looks worse than Resistance.
