Resident Evil Village – PS5 and Xbox X – 45 FPS Ray Tracing? 60 FPS?

Resident Evil Village is going to be at 45 FPS with Ray Tracing on. The PS 5 and Xbox Series X will also be locked in at 60 FPS when ray tracing is off. For Xbox Series S owners, it will be 30 FPS at 1440p with ray tracing on and and 45 FPS at 1440p with no ray tracing.

Is this a last gen game with some next gen features? Or an actual next gen game?
