  1. One of my favorite things about RE4 is the “Exclusive" weapon upgrade which increases the firepower beyond the weapon's threshold. Anyone know if it’s back here in RE8?

  2. See, this is why you need to watch multiple reviews. I was going to buy RE8. Then, I watched Aoife over on Eurogamer do her review – It soured me a little, especially after learning it's only about 9-10 hours long. I came straight here to see what Andy thought of it, and now I'm semi-hyped for it. I won't be able to avoid spoilers long enough to wait for it to go on sale…I might just have to get it Friday and play through it this weekend. Damnit Capcom!

    2. Being stepped on
    3. Being the villain and murdering vampires just living their vampire life.
    4. Tall lady that makes you confused about your sexuality.

  4. I almost didn’t pre-order this because I’m one of the few people who disliked Resident Evil 4. But then I figured there was nothing else I wanted to be so what the heck?

  5. my god…i wish we had a live feed of Andy gaming in his flat every time he loads up Village, bc the horror gaming marathon from years ago when either ellen or jane screamed when somebody knocked was a right laugh

  6. In my opinion RE4 was one of the worst, it was the start of the departure from the essence of resident evil. 7 was great, so here’s hoping i will like this one.

  7. So much prideful talk about RE4, yet it's the beginning of the low point of the franchise. Decent enough on its own, yet lacks the survival-horror heart of Resident Evil that RE2 Remake showed the style could've had.

  8. 2:25 I really hope it isn't just that fire Ethan finds too much. I'm pretty sure getting a limb chopped and then put back on with magic juice was a lil worse than fire lol. Just in case I'm accidentally right for this next part I'll play it safe for you guys haha. SPOILER THEORY FROM HERE ON: In the video of the fire right before he says its too much it showed him saying "Why is everyone dying on me" so idk if that just referred to his wife being in the fire. If that's the case and this scene is possibly right after Chris takes his baby than Ethan saying its too much to handle makes a lot more sense. Anyone else who kept reading after my warning at least know I do hope I'm wrong lol.
