  1. This uses the RE Engine. I just think the performance issues are just due to it being new. Unfortunately this is more common with games unless you have a beast of a PC. I hear from reviews the console version is fine. Great vid though

  3. I like the idea that capcom was kinda willing to change up the formula with resi7. Maybe not naming it Resi, but well, the name obviously has a massive commercial pull. Who am I kidding with this attempt of an intelectual approach? we are all here for Lady Dimitrescu!

  4. Re8 takes place in Romania and by the way you are talking it sounds like you haven't played Re4 by the way you say "when you think of Resident Evil you think of destroyed cities" though most RE games are like that you didn't even say anything about 4.

  5. I usually enjoy your content, but this is probably the worst video on the channel. How can you play this without playing 7? It is a direct sequel. Literally everything that is happening here is related to 7. Of course you can play it without 7, but that’s like watching Two Towers while skipping Fellowship or something (maybe a bit too much there) but you get my point I hope.

And have you never played 4? This game is, gameplay wise, a direct sequel to 4, which is arguably the greatest RE game. The story and camera are 7, but the setting and gameplay are 4.

I try not to leave negative comments usually, there’s too much of that already on this platform, but I was really taken aback by your lack of knowledge, and then with that lack of knowledge, trying to recommend this or not. Anyway, it runs amazing on the PS5 so far.

  6. I've notcied the particle system slows the game down significantly. At only 3GB of memory usage on my 1080Ti, trying to double the texture detail really really hurts it, despite having enough resorces to throw at the game.

I hope the PC version gets more love.

  7. The game ran perfect for me on my rig no stutters, the frames never dropped in the single digits ever the thing I learned quickly while gaming on pc is that the fact there’s so many of variation out there makes it hard for devs to test their product on every type of part or sometimes they optimize it better on certain hardware.
