  1. You never brought up the fact that Eveline is mother Miranda's daughter and that umbrella was started there through dark experiments with Miranda and Spencer's ideas for the different stands of a virus to bring someone back to life which is the reason for the virus

  2. Finished RESI 8 last night at midnight and i gotta say WOW. loved the game beginning to end, all the myriad genres and different moods and pacing for each house. It felt almost like a horror anthology film in a way. House Beneviento was definitely the out and out scariest part, but i loved the endgame action as well, and that final bossfight was 'chefs kiss'. This video was fantastic as well Ash, with some great edits and cuts Rosie, and got to the heart of what i am hoping propels the franchise forward in the future.

  3. Letโ€™s be real; Village is less a horror game and more action. I get toning it down from Biohazard but itโ€™s a little too far in the opposite direction

  4. So basically Resi7 and REsi8 have "nothing" to do with the original games, except now we know Mother Miranda inspired Spencer to form Umbrella and eventually make the t-virus, and she helped the other bad guys to make Evelyn as an potential vessel to resurrect her daughter. But the mold itself is unrelated to the other games.

  5. Absolutely loved this game! Just finished my third play through today and having to force myself to put it aside to save any sense of productivity I have left. Despite being less scary than 7 (with the exception of the Beneviento basement), it was much more impactful than 7. Can't wait to see if they come out with dlc for this!
