Why do some characters constellation 3 boost their elelemental burst and some there elemental skill.
Hp% sands on zhongli was just basic knowledge since he scales off hp 🤔 pretty standard build on him just bad substats
And same with ganyu she performs fine at around 30 crit rate even without blizzard set because of her ascension passive giving free 20% crit rate and she's a bow user so weak point hits are automatically crits. 🤔

Ganyu does not need crit rate because talent 1 and cryo res
Edit: cryo res gives crit rate and 4 piece cryo more crit Ganyu talent even more crit
I think Qiqi’s artifacts aren’t too bad. Running her a 4 piece Maiden or 2 Piece Glad and 2 piece Cryo set or even Nobliesse isn’t too bad. Just adds more damage or support.

He uses HP% on Zhongli bcs his shield scales of his max HP
None of his characters and weapons are really developed. It's not dream account for sure.
As for QiQi. 2 Piece Gladiator/2 piece Maiden is a very viable option. With 4 piece Miaden it ends up being overkill for healing and as her heals also scale from attack % it is a good option to use Gladiator. (some would argue her burst isn't up often enough to benefit from the 4 piece Maiden vs gladiator attack % boost)
actually hp% timepiece is better on zhong li, his damage scales off hp too so the difference is minor and his shield gets a lot stronger
Why does everyone who has so many five star characters (and other characters) have such a low crit rate. It is such a shame and waste to not get more critical rate.
