  1. Anyone who dies in Arcane is not a champion.
    Sevika survived Jinx like 4 times, 2 explosions, Vi twice. She has to be the next champion.
    It makes zero sense she survives everything if she wasn't so pivotal

  2. Silko has no abilities! Me thinking he could be a support that uses potions and buffs to minions and summons. Abathur was an interesting concept i always hoped that league will adopt it a day.
    Abathur like abilities for silko could be tied to shimmer and money, ALSO POISONOUS AIR.

    "passive" Zaun Money: Silko can apply an anathema like link to an ally. once fully completed this unit will gain 25% of silko's money but whenever the unit is killed both will lose 10% gold and silko will take 1/3 of his total health as pure damage. rending him unable to regen for a whole minute "normal life regen can't heal him. heals still works fine". (it could be used on minions too being able to control jungle camps and earning money like ivern) you can control the camp moving it around and it will have buffs to attack speed and damage. whenever the unit dies it will grant 10% more gold to the one who killed it. Silko can't stay far away from the unit or the champ "scales with level" and if the unit it's outside his range it will simply go numb and reset his status to normal (no buffs but more gold to the killer) until he gets in range. Silko uses a knife, his autos are Slow and can't gain bonus from AS but they deal pure damage instead. AS is converted into bonus AS to the target he's linked with. (100% to camps and minions, 15% to champions)

    "Q" Shimmer: Silko throws pure shimmer that will buff any unit it comes in contact with (twitch W) dealing damage to enemies. buffing allied unit by 2/2.5/3 seconds (refreshable) converting 4/6/8/10/12% (Adaptive) damage into pure and increased movement speed to allies. Staying to much inside pure shimmer will have negative effects also to allies (5 seconds will take off all of the unit or champ buffs / 7 seconds units and champs affected by take damage based on your total health). (low cooldown makes easy to debuff enemies for more than 5 seconds (damage ap scaling buffs ad scaling)

    "W" Blood Money: Silko throws behind him a golden coin (with hp bar) wasting a portion of his current gold, being near it (tiny range) will slow anyone (allies and enemies) but not silko. the more the gold coin stays out near dying unit the more it will become bloody storing a part of killed units (6/7/8/9/10% x unit killed)GOLD, when fully charged silko / allies and enemies can harvest this coin to gain Hp regen (counting as heal and not regen) and a small part of the gold stored by killed units (this mean enemy will recive less gold while the coin it's near dying units) the coin will explode if not harvested in time or when it's destroyed dealing (60/70/80/90/100% of the stored gold) as pure damage in an area. if any champ stays in the range of absorption of the coin(with at the least 10gold absorbed) for too long (~10sec), will get slowed by 10% for 10 seconds, refreshed until the unit gets out the range or the coin is harvested or destroyed (being too attached to something will let you fall). (ap-ad scaling) Throwing shimmer to the coin will Reset the timer so it doesn't explode (if no one it's in the area) else will make the coin explode instantly as the shimmer hits it.

    "E" Dense air: Silko being able to breath zaun air, creates a really dense air around him that follows the linked unit and silko, dealing pure damage over time (ap-ad scaling) slowing ANYTHING who comes in contact with this zone (also the projectiles "slowing them by a percentage but letting them expire slower as if it was slowed time")

    "R" Declaration of war: Any unit and allied champ near silko and the controller unit or linked champ will Get a double shimmer buff decaying to normal buff in 3 seconds and they will get "velocized" by a bit (velocized: cooldowns are faster by 0.50% "1 sec it's equal to 1/2 of a second") this buff lasts for 10 seconds (shimmer too but does not gives negative effects). (20 seconds of reduced cooldowns) Velocized do not works on silko's ultimate.

    damn. i wasted a lot of time into this that now i really want a similar champion, fk me.

    I'm curious, what if they used Silco, but his abilities could be him summoning monsters like Deckard? Hrm…Or he can toss shimmer at lessers in combat, and temporarily cripples them with the addictive effects, working like a ticking timebomb, until they rage out (player cannot use their toon temporarily…and after x-many hits with it, it would kill them OR swap their team?

  4. I know that probably nobody cares for Nidalee, but … the cute cafe skin you mistook for Nidalee is actually Sivir. I am unsure whether I should be disappointed or relieved.

They could turn him into a human sized undead who plan stuff … But I really have no idea what his ability would do… Maybe as a jungler or a mid with an ability to increase team mate dmg by 25%-ish on the next attack … or change to True dmg ? Maybe his R could be call sevika And you get to play sevika instead of Silco for like 15 – 20 s but still have silco left weak and unable to move during that time …
    Wait no we don't have a global Ult that boost ally dmg yet … We could have that… And maybe have a duo champ with sevika to have one spell be like q to use sevica's blade … e to throw sevika in while you get pushed out ?
    That would make him/them recognisable (I really mean duo champ with 2 health bar (if sevika die passive shows the death cd and silco is slowed and has only ult for the remainder of the cd ) but with sevika just following silco like 1 foot in the back and following orders)
    (That would also be the second champion in league who can slow themself … )

  6. They could turn Silco into another shop keeper in game and call it "Dirty Deals". Just give him a separate page in the shop store, from there we have access to a black market with maybe a shimmer starter item, some chemtech stuff, I don't know.

  7. Silco could be a support, a melee champ who does little to no physical damage (think Yummi autos).

    Abilities could be unique but I’m not saying they would be easy.

    Have some centred around buffing allies with speeches.

    Maybe have a way for him to give champions on your team shimmer. Sivir has an ult that speed buffs everyone, maybe make a shimmer variant.

    You could make it so his eye gives vision or areas like Ashe and Quinn do.
    Or his eye could target someone and your team would do bonus damage.

    Could have an ability like “Inspire Loyalty” which causes you to take control of another enemy champion for a few seconds and attack(mirroring his Seivka scene).

    Could even have a gas attack where a cloud of smoke it around him, mirroring when he gasses his chronies.

    His champion would be very difficult to make but not impossible they have so much lore from arcane to pull from.
    One issue I seeing for a full on support is being unable to protect towers.

  8. I think Ekkos Hair is one if his main feature in game this is how your eyes recognize him quickly in fights. And it's not like project Vayne where you can recognize her just by the crossbow. You cannot take visual clarity away otherwise it would be a pay to win skin.
