Funny how GTA 5 looks and plays better, this game is so broken..needed another year.
How come 1080p is worse than 1440p??
Marketing bullshit… i was kinda excited to see the RT in this game but even doe they worked with NVIDIA to add their RTX i still just can't see a difference… all i see is that ur FPS get's halfed if u enable a option that visually doesn't change anything unless u stand still and compare it side by side… this really makes me happy that i have ordered a 6800XT instead a 3080 since even NVIDIA sponsored games don't have a playable or graphically impressive RTX feature.
IMPORTANT
There is one setting that will seriously tank performance on this game. Turning this setting off will almost double FPS. To do this, you must turn of “Cascading shadows”. From what I’ve heard it makes the FPS go from 30 to 80 or something based on your GPU.

There's something really wrong with the optimization of this game. It performs worse at 1080p than at 1440p in those same areas & same settings ? Really weird
When ppl talk how realistic games are… Yeh. I myself though we are closer to realism. But Cyberpunk just proved… We are SOO FAR. Even this level of detail brings most powerful GPUs to it's knees… So for games to look even remotely close to photorealistic we need to wait for another 20 years for hardware to catch up.

you should overclock your Ryzen 5 2600 to 4.3 or 4.4 at lest to avoid the bottleneck

I get an average of 77 fps on ultra 1440p with my 2080 super. I got a 10700k so maybe that's the difference.
So why do we have internal combustion engine vehicles in 2077?
I have a 3080, I play on 1440p and 21:9 aspect ratio. I get 70 frames on ultra setting rtx on.

You should mention the CPU in the title, it is holding the 3060 ti back here in many moments, reaching more on my i7 6700k at the moment even with high density population.

You can control your fps in settings/video and then Turn on the MaximumFPS/ 10-220Fps. Just beware with heat on GPU

With R9 3900x 32 ram and 3060ti i managed to maxout with ray tracing at 1080p with 70+ frames. RT off gets me 100+
I'm shocked that it can't 60fps but forgot to see the resolution 😅 turns out it fine at 1080p on desktop. time to see it on laptop as i just recently watched rtx2060 struggle on laptop even at 1080p as i needed portable workstation
