  1. I've been trying out WoW as well! Hit level 50 on my Demon Hunter! Something I will say, during the pre-patch, knowing what to do, where to go for your azerite gear, unlocking world quests, etc, was VERY confusing. I had to have some guild mates show me exactly where to go to do the quest that pops up for you at level 50. The game assumes you know how to get everywhere and have certain quests done already. Part of this is because it is pre-patch at the end of an expansion, so most of the story/leveling is jumbled all together. But after figuring the main questlines, I'm having fun gearing my first toon, collecting mounts, and learning more about the story which I've tried to keep up on since the game came out.

  2. I'm considering unsubscribing since you're playing Alliance, depends how good your next runescape videos are. Jk man ! I'm really glad you enjoyed the game! Lok'Tar Ogar! For the Horde!

  3. Another thing, though Customer support for WoW has gotten much worse over time rather than better.. It's still leagues above Runescapes mess of customer support, forums and otherwise.

  4. I also just recently tried out WoW for the first time after being a Rs player for 15 years. I really do enjoy it, going to pick up a subscription soon when I can.

  5. If wow copied runescape's business model, i would have played it for longer but logging in just once a week for icc raids back then on wrath of the lich king and still paying for subscription just became too inefficient. In runescape, i can still log in without the sub. Just play in free world.

  6. RS3 and WoW are two very different games. I would 100% recommend RS and WoW. The greatest part about both of the games is that there is quite a bit of downtime in playing them, so when you have accomplished a goal on RS go play WoW and vice versa. I've been playing RS since 2003 and WoW since 2008. Great review!

  7. As someone who mained BM Hunter in Legion and has had it as an alt throughout BFA I really have to say that watching your rotation physically pains me XD. One thing I love about WoW is the expansive websites and other guide materials for helping people master classes. I love playing multiple classes at a high level and instead of trying to figure it out by myself it helps looking at guides. If you want to raid at a higher level than LFR I highly recommend checking out Icy-Veins dot com and looking at their BM hunter section and at least checking out their "Easy Mode" part. It tells you the basics of each class and what to focus on in combat. There are a ton of other sites that can help too, I just like Icy Veins because of their easy mode sections because it can help people just starting the game understand how the spec works at a basic level. First thing though, take arcane shot off of your bar and throw it away you should never use it over cobra shot lol.

  8. As a Runescape player, I did try Wow and loved it for about a month, and then I found quests and doing dungeons for tmog very repetitive. I played with irl friends that are very knowledgeable and never stopped playing WoW, that did show me what was the best stuff to do and all. The Cutscenes are very good and well made, but you run out of them quickly. The quests aren't like Rs, they're all the same thing. I got bored of WoW after a month. On top of that I was planning to play Shadowlands but in WoW everytime a new expansion comes out all your stuff becomes useless. This demotivated me from playing WoW again. At least in RS the items retain value for a long while and are still usefull years later. When you point out canceling abilities, this pissed me off more than anything in WoW. WoW is also very expensive, you pay full price for expension ($70) + $20 CAD for a month. That's more Expensive than any games I've bought for over 10 years on Steam!

  9. The puffer fish broke me, again.
I started wow like a week ago, leveling is easier now, you can make more characters in less time. right now i'm progressing through Battle for Azeroth with my friend and It's satisfying.
My RS brain still tells me to level professions but they are not as important as leveling up first to 50-60.

  10. It's nice seeing videos on your channel that aren't Runescape. Not that I mind the RS videos (they're why I subbed). It'd be nice seeing you upload more WoW/ other game videos 🙂
