I wonder if building manamune might be a good idea for Samira. She has rather small MP pool and slow MP regen like most marksmen but unlike other marksman she is very reliant on using her abilities to string combos to get the most out of her abilities and is even required to use her ult. So she appears to burn through her MP rather quickly as a result of this. Manamune would help alleviate the MP problem and give her a lot of damage output. Plus she would have a very easy time getting stacks since her Q has such a short cool down.
