  1. They should've added more drastic player choice. Like the scene from one of the movies where the guy can choose to sacrifice some of his health to save the life of an insurance adjuster that denied a life saving operation for the dude's son. Could've given you some really hard choices to make, do you save the asshole who doesn't deserve it at the cost of some of you max health. No healing or anything, just your choices lowering your max health or killing somebody that may or may not deserve it. Sure you saved their life, but now you might not have enough max health to survive the next trap. Could've been really interesting, but instead they made it play out like the movies with some occasional combat. Every person you save makes the rest of the game even harder type of thing.

  2. So the first game was released on PC, but I cant find it anywhere. Apparently it was on Steam at one point in time but currently it is not. Its like $40 for ps3 and $109 for x360 on amazon….weird price gap there….but I can only imagine the frustration playing on PC for those button prompt sections and puzzle parts with a mouse and keyboard, so maybe its better to get it on console? I just want the first game though, I will heed your warning about the second.

  4. Sounds like the first is a decent horror puzzler while the sequel just got rushed out the door and chose the worst way to try and "fix" the complaints about the first game's combat. My brother was big into SAW back when it was still going on and I remember he really wanted to play these games. Looks like I can tell him "first one sounds worth it, but for the sequel… just watch a YouTube walkthrough."

  6. To me you were always the fps guy and I mean THE FPS GUY, I love your technical view points of clasic and modern shooters, I kow this bad game reviews get more atention, and I like them to, but love who you mainly are, Im a snob like that, I watch reviews not to laugh but to hear a very introspective man disect master pieces as he makes me fall in love with a game, I love your work, thanks for your reviews, love from México Bro 🤘🏻😝

  7. LOL so that's the catch eh? It turns out the secret to avoid making "a bad game based out of a movie" is to use a bad movie as source material. That way you end up with "just a game" Not good, but definitely not awful. Just… another game.
