Actually, those weather voice lines have been there since the start in each character's profile tab! They've just never been implemented until now.

You can get the achievement more easier now in the lulu pirate commission since they add the 3rd commission to get the achievement in lulu quest but you still need to complete the two

I actually got both yanfei and rosaria from the free 10 pulls i got for 2 months
They also fixed the domain with the Noblesse set… Edit: Copy and Paste from a reply: “There was a little strategy where you could run into a corner and fight only the Pyro and Cryo Abyss mages while the Hydro one just didn’t move. Now with that same strategy, all three of them will follow you into the corner. I think it’s a bit more easier, but I don’t know about everyone else.”
