seems i got a dud have emailed secretlab but they want $149 to get a refund for shipping it back so they are going to send me new parts instead
really surprised at how bad the quality is , for nearly $700 dollars i thought it would quality checked but seems not so much ,
hopefully can be replaced with the parts
issues so far are
the logo is on quite a angle it seems the covering is on wrong like its been twisted to far to the left
the tilt mechanism is on angle so rubs against the backrest when angled back and forth
the lumbar knob is bent up on a angle the left knob is fine
the base seat is on a angled to the left very noticeable and the backrest is angles to the right 'very noticeable
when you look at it dead on its the gap between the 2 touch on one side and i can put my hand thru the other
so every time you get off the chair it swivels to the right by itself because the centre weight is off i guess
the base the wheels sit on you can see the moulded aluminium coming thru because its glossy ,like a imprint of the structure underneath
and the noise is dreadful , maybe it needs time to wear in but wow the lumbar and the right mechanistic seem pretty bad to me
the warranty crew seem to write back every 3-4 days so its hard to find out what's happenings quickly , be good if there was a number to call

/! DO not buy any Secret LAB /! After buying the new seat 2022 , I received a mail where they said there are some probleme ( loud sound on a part of the seat ) and they don't know how to fix that. So I didn't opened the box received and try to contact them for returning it . 0 answer in 6 weeks after 8 emails . I am going to fill a complaint against Secret Lab
