U can jump of any zipline and look backwards than ride the zipline again
I think the DMG and the flash was a good enough nerf, I don’t have an opinion on the rest tho since I’m not a Seer main….

The nerf does not feel like it is overboard, nor does it feel it is too little.
Biggest changes is now you have a chance to dodge the tactical, you cant randomly scan across the map with the passive, and you cant run around while still scanning while holding the tactical to use the passive for the speedboost.

I think Rev's hitbox is broken, he seems to be surprisingly resistant to damage and hit reg.

honestly i dont think he needed a nerf i thought he was fine. Yes i played him for a few games no didnt think he was busted nor did i think he was busted when another player was using him but he is annoying at times which can be said about every other legend.

My theory is they put seer out to combat hacking. They can't get decent anti-cheats, so make a character that briefly does the same thing. Next up maybe a gunslinger that gets auto headshots for 5 seconds, and an instant reload when you kill someone with a headshot. Like that one chick from the Aussie Borderlands.
He still the same to me he still give good info and is not as annoying but I never had much problem with seer even before his neft

I got fed up with the game when it was Seer Legends. I'd rather he be weak than everywhere tbh, I might come back to the game now
honestly all they should've done with him is double his cooldowns for his ult and tactical and maybe lower the range of his tactical, changing his passive was way too much and they just nerfed everything about his kit despite his passive and tactical damage not being a problem
