i went for attacks speed runes and boots bc every auto lowers ur q cd and allows u to proc moonstone more often and went for navoris so I can get my q cd even lower and u don't have to build any crit bc of ur passive
I have played moonstone senna for a long time and it just works for me lol, your build is almost identical to mine and I can't be happier seeing moonstone senna get some love.

senna heals alot more if you eat spaghetti before the game, or put spaghetti in your thumbnail

Moonstone is an interesting item, it basically plays for the mid game spike of making your team harder to kill, my issue with it is that it gives up a lot of your lategame power. once a lot of folks start getting heal cut the heal aspect isnt that great and you've lost the two tap potential of lethality senna and bruiser senna
I still think they need to beef AD senna heal scaling and buff AP

If you use Ingenious Hunter, those Moonstone heal procs will happen even more. In the heat of battle, your teammates will want less CD time for the heals than the default 2 seconds.
