They're teasing Loba 2.0, who is able to take as much loot as she wants from across the whole map, without opening the bins, even if her inventory is full.
Wouldn't have even died if he didn't go to those bins down the bottom, should have just spent his time moving towards zone.

After ring 3, loot far away from the ring de-spawns. I think the reason is for optimization purposes.
