I think Inazuma might be full of Monsters with high elemental damage resistance, similar to how ruin guards in Monstadt/Liyue have high physical damage. Maybe Mihoyo might be handing out free dionas since she can proc superconduct with electro (element of Inazuma) which is why there's more emphasis on physical damage with Eula, new spiral abyss buffs, new artifact sets etc. to get us prepared
