I really don’t like the idea of neons ult rn, I really wish it didn’t do damage at all to enemies and instead having some kind of movement speed boost passive that stacks on each enemy kill. Idk I’ve also thought that a passive bonus to using neons normal ability should negate all fall damage.
If she stays the same tho and not much changes, I think a really fun small change would be increasing her jump height during her normal e ability
