I don't understand how people can still take shroud seriously when he is changing his words every 3 months lol. People just believe everything that comes out of his mouth I guess.
I do find valorant is more complex objectively there are to many abilities being used in a single round to make it safe to loose guard and not be careful
valorant is not just about aim and like movements you need to play smart and you need a game sense and because theres a agent role in the game its more hard than you think in the pro scene
Valorant is easy to get good at because guns have higher accuracy, the engagements are closer, and all the chokepoints are straightforward. However, it is a changing game, that's why it is a harder competitive environment.
Most of us agree that csgo requires more raw mechanical skills while valorant is about adaptability.
In my opinion:- Casually- csgo is harder than valo..from my experience in low-medium ranks people only care about aim( they ignore game sense and other elements) and valo guns feel clunky.
BUT in pro scenes- both games are different while csgo focused more on raw aim, valorant focused on different abilities and combos. Game is still new and i think both will require different skills in future. Obviously both games require teamplay but valorant needs more( like overwatch)
Reason why t2, washed up csho pros are good bcoz they've good aim inherited from csgo over the years.
Just my opinion, I'll be happy if someone discuss or correct me. Just don't act like 14y/o kids.
It's funny how Shroud didnt find success in csgo just bashed csgo like that. Even Tarik was trying to point out the differences. I mean I get it, he is good at picking up new games but he doesn't play in pro matches. This is why csgo is dying in NA, Europeans are just in another level. Since people say csgo has been the same for the past few years, but I don't see NA team coming out as strong contender.
I was new to pc game and I started play valorant for 1 year and I got diamond1 so I think valorant is easy to get better than CS but same time everyone can become demon faster than CS in this game

i feel like valorant is so "easy" that it makes it harder because people are getting really good at it so fast so it creates harder competition

you can't ferrari peek in val (it's hard) but you still can swing/re-peek.
