  1. I agree with Liz’s tweet but I feel like the end part is where we differ. I think it’s infuriating that cancel culture EVER existed. The whole point of life is to grow. Hell even most of the countries’ prisons are all about reforming. So if we can give people in prison a second chance why the hell can we not give all these people who were/are being canceled a second chance? If you cancel them off the face of the earth AND THEN don’t want them to do anything ever again you’re practically loading the gun for them already

  3. People forget about innocent until PROVEN guilty?! I mean wtf are these people thinking? I mean I know they are not but still…is this happened to you would you like to be condemn when you have not been PROVED guilty?!
In many many cases the accused looks guilty af but is in fact innocent.

  4. I've always thought cancel culture was stupid, just a bunch of naive hormonal teenagers who are still getting allowance from Mom and Dad not really understanding the full implication of what they are doing… Mob mentality marinated in stupidity.

  5. Asserting your 5th Amendment rights means that courts cannot take into account your lack of cooperation in providing testimony that incriminates yourself. Such rights do not exist in corporate settings. I think it's reasonable to look at Riot's handling of his lack of compliance and be angry they just allowed him to evade cooperation with a corporate investigation.

  6. Knowing the stuff we do now, I think there's some either embarassing or very sensitive stuff sinatra really didnt want out there, not necessarily bad things, the fact that the accuser being his ex gf dropped it due to mental health is something to look at.

  7. Let me quickly pump out my opinion real quick. People are saying such disgusting things to both sides of the party without proper information or foolproof evidence that completely shows if one side is lying. Yet people carelessly say things that hurt them and overstep boundaries and shit like that. If the case is dropped, drop the shit, let them deal with it and live.

  8. Sinatraa at the end of the day has gotten punished in a game but no in real life. I do not understand anyone arguments tbh. He is of age to get time or house arrest. Valorant actually cant even do something like this in the first place.. Who would comply with people who are acting like cops but arent? No one would comply with that shit idc who says they would cause they wouldnt. If this shits so serious why tf did the cops never do nothing? let the man play and stop feeding the drama covid died and this shits still going on.

  9. Honestly the evidence doesn't sound like it's him intentionally doing something against her own will, she keeps the "voice" and doesn't seriously tell him to stop with a distinguishable demeanour. I mean you can say what you want but there is parties of people where both enjoy those kind of ways and honestly I don't rly know why you would keep the act up. On the other hand I also am able to understand that she meant it seriously but for some reason acted like she did, I'm not at all saying that it isn't true, I'm just implementing that it's more of a misunderstanding case and I wouldn't say sinatra is to blame for what happened. Honestly from what the victim describes of the relationship it very much seems like they had two different perspectives on their bond. It is much of an assumption but I really got a strong feeling that the "victim" felt a certain way yet chose not to show any of it and is now blaming sinatra for everything she never expressed properly. It's just a speculation, I know, although we can recall that she has shared information like: "In arguments he realised that by yelling at me he would get it his way" and then further explains how she COMPLIED with it for some reason. Like, I just think she is a pretty sensitive person and might have experienced things differently but that's not really how things go. He probably yelled out of frustration of not getting the point across or something like that. From a logical point of view, who choses to willingly be in a relationship with someone where both parties know about how that manipulative, occurring event works. If you're implying that he knows that yelling does what it does he must also know that you know it about yourself, it's not manipulation if you both exactly understand what going on, and then for you to stay with him in that relationship nonetheless. If he was such a horrible person to you, why would you stay and only now leave. Sinatra himself also recalls that it definitely was a different experience from his point of view. It all just looks weird. I do not know the truth about this situation but to me he doesn't seem to be guilty of anything horrific. From the top of my head I can only imagine one thing that could keep someone with someone they actually seem to despise and I can only say that sinatra is a well known streamer and extremely talented professional fps player…

  10. Even after all these time, inconclusive investigation, lack of evidence, and dropping of the case, some people are still disgusting enough to keep witch-hunt Sinatraa, maybe Elon Musk owning Twitter will keep these radicals more in check.

  11. Pleading the 5th is one’s constitutional right, literally the whole purpose of Miranda rights. It’s disgusting how this guy is advocating people to corroborate with law enforcement to prove a case against oneself.

  12. Unsubscribed, this guy is a clown. Hopefully Elon Musk will shut down these snowflakes on Twitter now that he owns it. Enough with these leftist liberal cancel culture, time to speak based on hard facts and provide fairness to both parties.

  13. No one knows if he is truly guilty or innocent, however if the evidence is inconclusive, and she even dropped the case, why are we still arguing about it? As a person who has been going through legal situations the best outcome comes with not complying. You can get yourself in trouble by accident very quickly.

  14. Love your videos, but I got to correct you on the cancel culture bit. Cancel culture isn't about how effective people are at banning people, but about people jumping on bandwagons to slander other people so that they can feel a slight amount of power. Cancel culture is basically people trying to be the popular kids by bringing down the other popular kids.

  15. Those against him returning are presuming his guilt more so than those supporting him are presuming his innocence. also trials by media and corporate investigations are not really reliable indicators of guilt or innocence since business interests are always at heart as opposed to a judicial system. Speculating here, If he was guilty but Riot felt his brand was more valuable than his guilt, then nothing stops them from concluding the investigation was inconclusive or proclaiming his innocence. conversely if he was found innocent and his Ex's accusation turned out to be exagerrated or flat out lies an inconclusive investigation allows her to save face and let Sinatraa play, both parties leave with a pyrrhic victory as neither party was proven right but neither party was not proven wrong. I think people should be more concerned that letting a video game company litigate on sexual assault and the most they can do in the case a person is proven guilty is in effect "no more video games for you!" is not actual justice.

  16. people who still say hes an assaulter are brain dead lmao, W for sinatraa hope he can make it back
they say shit like "didnt cooperate with riots investigation when the fact is riot is not a court of law, they are a game company, not their job to do an investigation on him lmao.

  17. Not gonna lie, twitter has soo much braindead people that are convinced everyone cares what they think, and that peoples opinions are the way things should be settled. No the accusations about Jay werent confirmed, soo why even argue about it? Dude got punished possibly without doing anything and made a comeback.
