United States military veteran Sgt. Jason Kyle and the developers at Victura and Highwire Games walk you through the first-ever gameplay video of Six Days in Fallujah, the tactical first-person shooter with procedurally generated mission spaces based on real-life events from 2004’s Second Battle for Fallujah in the Iraq War. This first reveal of gameplay follows a reveal trailer and other marketing materials for the return of Six Days in Fallujah that stirred up community concern with complicated and, for some, painful connections to real world events (https://www.ign.com/articles/six-days-in-fallujah-is-complicated-and-painful-for-those-connected-to-the-real-events). For more background on the return of Six Days, we have an in-depth interview with development leads Peter Tamte and Jaime Griesemer in IGN Unfiltered #56: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sNSdRKmNg-k

  1. Such games need to stop, they end up glamourizing and monetizing on war and make such things very causal and entertaining and thus promote more war and unnecessary armed conflict. These are the games/medium that condition people into thinking that it's OK to go on wars and thus make war a part of human culture. In reality, it devastates lives, nations, families, wealth, future, hope and everything.

  2. There it is. A game which should teach most shooter fanatics who think otherwise that war is absolute hell. Maybe fun if you have the right mindset, but 90% of the time absolute hell

  3. "Propaganda, war crimes, propaganda, war crimes, propaganda, war crimes."

Anybody else noticing a pattern with these negative comments? Sounds like brigading and propaganda to me. Someone oughta whittle these little thought-police numbers down to 4, might catch some breathing room before the storm.
