SIX things you might not know about in Baldur's Gate 3 (Lore and possible Easter Eggs)

This video contains six things in Baldur’s Gate 3 related to Forgotten Realms lore that I think you all might find interesting. A couple of them seem well hidden and one may even be a potential easter egg.

We delve into topics that revolve around Moonrise Towers, the language we see in the game, Nhalloth, The Talkative Skeleton, Journey through the Jungle and Volo!

  3. I love it. Great research, beautifully brought together. I especially loved how you finished it. And yes, please do more PlaneScape videos. I don't know why WotC doesn't bring it back. That's the best campaign set ever.

  5. I hear you 😛
About pickpocketing the "talking skeleton", which you explained is most probably a former fallen god or minimally the avatar of a god, it does not seem like a wise thing to do. 😛 Though a funny glitch / exploit / oversight.

  6. I assumed the "unknown archmage" you speak of in 4:05 is Rhaugilath as mentioned in Lost Empires of Faerun, p. 102. "Larloch’s favorite captive spends the majority of his time recording the history of Netheril, and his as yet incomplete multivolume opus, titled Of the Fall of Netheril, continues to expand. After Larloch reviews the finished chapters, they are sent to Candlekeep for archiving. It is unlikely that the work will ever be completed, however, since Rhaugilath considers the full story of the Netherese Diaspora and the subsequent rebirth of Netheril (an event that is still unfolding) to be integral components of his treatise."

What do you think about this theory?
