Dear grandma, I'm happy to tell you that the black "Good Morning Grandkids" mug I ordered arrived yesterday, almost a week before it was supposed to arrive, but unfortunately it was cracked during shipping so it's unusable. I contacted Teespring's customer support team with pictures clearly showing the damage on the mug, and I'm still waiting for a response, though I have no doubt they will give me a refund. Even though I hope to get a refund, I will still use the money to buy another mug of the same kind, because that is what I ordered and wanted. I sent you an email with a few pictures of the mug, as I promised, because it's a really nice and beautiful mug and I hope it makes you happy.
