Prowler had the strongest hip fire by far, go to the firing range and stand further and further away and see how far you can go and still kill someone with one clip, standing near the far left dummy I usually hit 3-4 hits on the far right hip fire and still kills him easily, strongest smg in the game imo but personally dislike using it
I don't know why he doesn't have the prowler out as much as possible, he freaking owns with it and then struggles when it's holstered…
