SNOW-TOMBED (Snowtombed) STARSILVER Build for Eula | BEST WEAPON for Eula? – Genshin Impact

A Build Guide for using the Snow-tombed (Snowtombed) Starsilver for Eula. I go over calculations and my charts and graphs and compare the STS to most of our 4 star and 5 star options. I also explain some mechanics for the Snowtombed Starsilver that might not be well known.

Remember to keep in mind that these calculations are theoretical. Actual gameplay will differ. It might not be feasible to run a Eula, Zhongli, Lisa, Xinyan Comp because there’s no healer, unless you are fully confident in your Zhongli Shield. You can also easily replace Xinyan with Bennet to just give raw ATK power instead of Physical Bonuses. I didn’t actually compare those differences in this video. So again, REMEMBER that this is just one perspective on a Eula comp when there are clearly many other ways to build her and lots of caveats when it comes to cooldowns and managing debuff timers and various other things of that nature.

This is just to give an idea of her potential and is not a guarantee of how she will actually play. I feel the need to add this disclaimer as to not mislead viewers.

Also, I used max stacks serpent spine but sometimes it’s pretty much unavoidable to get hit, so you’ll definitely not be at max stacks all the time.

I didn’t mention the Skyrider Greatsword but it’s also a great 3 star weapon, if you have absolutely nothing else.

  1. By the way, fallling/wall damage you deal is also affected by Physical damage %.
If you have Jean, bring her into the Viridescent/Maiden domain and watch her do 20-30k damage on skill to the Fatui Skirmisher. XD
Falling damage seems to be based on the enemies’ max health too, so it’s best for chunking down those tall, but light fellows.

  2. Snow Tombed is probably the best 4* weapon for her along with Serpent Spine which is from BP. For F2P or small spenders Snow Tombed is amazing.

  3. The problem with Serpent spine is that if you get hit by enemies, you will lose the passive bonus damage and since Eula is a on-the-field DPS, it's pretty much unavoidable.

  4. i haven't watched the video, but thats the results i got put into a tier list:

1st broken pines ( the best overall, the numbers are lower than wolves gravestone, however, that atk speed and how easy it is to activate the passive compleately changes the tide)

2nd: wolves gravestone (biggest number, second highest dps, the passive is situational, but it happens quite frequently, its short but has downtime however, you are well served with this weapon)

3rd: blackcliff slasher and serpent spine (they are the top tier overall, cheap, easy to get, and do gigantic damage, however, you need to build eula around the weapon for any of them to work)

4th prototype aminus and royal greatsword (both have the same stats, and i reccomend aminus instead of royal greatsword because it is competing with blackcliff slasher, aminus does more damage but royal greatsword is more consistant)

5th snow tombed (shit passive, you can't use superconduct when it is active because the enemy is affected by electro more than cryo, itself is better than aminus, but the passive is so ass that it gets rekt, however, it is better than nothing and it looks dope on eula)

  5. I would say factoring in the rate for the icicle dropping for increased refinements is important for damage calculations as well, not sure if thatd be very easy to put into data tho haha

  6. I have 4 set glad with 50% cr and 133% cd prepare for her. Im using it for razor now. Dealing 12-18k with lvl 90 R2 wallet gravestone. Got lucky lol. Welkin+Bp only

But Im building another set with 2 Bloodstained and 2 pale flame with 140% crit damage and 47% crit rate currently. Its not finished yet. I don't have better set for feather and sand(which substat are very bad) and my flower and circlet are lvl 19, if its hit CD% it will goes from 11-14% CD to 20% CD which gonna makes my CD goes 160%+

Im expecting when I finish my 2nd set Im gonna get around 180% CD. With Eula ascension stats im going to get around 200-220 Crit damage. But if im not lucky, im probably getting around 180% which is alright

This 2nd set will have 50%+ Crit rate and 200%+ crit damage with my serpent spine. Im adding Eula CD% ascension stats too, without it, its around 180% CD.

Since eula has higher attack multiplier Normal attack and her E and Q stack damage multiplier are crazy(3000% full stack lmao) so yeah, outdamage razor for sure.

But I might try to R5 snow tomb for the lol tho. Its beautiful weapon.l and fit Eula aesthetic design. I have R4 archaic and after 5 month I suddenly got 3 claymore prototype in a month 😂👌.

Was thinking to use it for noelle Whiteblind or R5 archaic but doesn't know if its worth it oof. Gonna keep it till inazuma release if Northlander prototype can be use in Inazuma region, if not its time to R5 snow stomb 😎.

Wallet gravestone and serpent spine for Spiral abyss and snow tomb for open world. I mean, its still gonna hit 10k+ damage for normal attack and its more than enough 😎.

Having more damage than this in world lvl 8 is just showing who has the biggest dick at this point.

Thanks for the video, enjoy it. Might Refine snow tomb.

  7. Btw do u know how long superconduct effect last? Always wonder whether its last for few second or its just work when electro and cryo reaction happen only, if that was the case, that suck to be tbh

  8. Isn't an attack% goblet more optimal than physical damage with this build? Since you already get a lot of physical from weapon sub stat and pale flame set

  9. Yea, I have 95% crit rate and 160% crit damage (Including Eula's ascension Crit Dmg) on my Eula artifacts and Serpent Spine. I just don't like Snowtombed starsilver very much.

  10. i feel the snow tombed Star Silver claymore is great for her . looks wise and also its physical dmg..
i know there may be ppl who say Serpent spine is better but i find Serpent Spine to be ugly … the bone design.

  11. the snow tomb works better for Eula since it does 200% more iceicle dmg when target us inflicted with Cyro status, since Eula's E skill is only 4 sec and it does cryo..you can almost ensure snow tomb has the bonus.

  12. I'm kinda tempted to roll for constellations, except for xinyan I only want 1 for c2..but I kinda already know how this game works and that it will fk me over and I'l get her to c12 and not the other characters.

  13. Ok I've decided to go for blackcliff
    So I'll have 1.9k atk(without weap stacks) 49/271
Lacking crit rate so diona is the way 🤣👌

  14. that was helpful, i was stuck between the snow tombed and serpent spine, I plan to give her the serpent spine, however I will give the snow tombed because snow Tombed is r4, and my serpine spine is at r1, but once i get serpine at a higher refinement, shes gona be swinging the serpent around xD

forgot to mention my team (Eula, Diona, Zhongli, and another geo character not sure) recommend me my 4th slot xD

  15. So if I already have 2 piece Bloodstained with 2 piece pale that gives me 66.4% crit rate and 125.4% crit damage, my snowtombed will be good. thanks for info

  16. i think this guy dont know what does eula ascension does, she got increase crit dmg, my pale flame artifact ready for her with 51% crit rate and 148% crit dmg but since her passive is crit dmg i can get 170-190 crit dmg and snow tomb weapon weapon also they explain it misl;eading bcoz if they say 200% attack that means u take your character attack damage and 200/100 times your attack, that is the icicle dmg

  17. is this weapon good for razor?????????? i'm not planning to roll for eula, but i have razor and i want to use this weapon on him ;; also i have bad claymore prototype luck so i can't make another prototype archaic claymore, so i wanna know if i can use this weapon on razor ;; <3 <3 <3

  18. 6:53 hey so don't you think that snowtombed gs got the slightly bigger numbers there just because the cr to cd ratio was closest to 1:2 which is the ideal way to have it? I might be wrong but I think that can mess up the results

  19. A big question is does the icicle hit in AOE?
Because if it does then it spikes up on the list, since physical damage is strong against humanoid enemies like fatui, hilichurls, and treasure hunters.
Humanoid enemies usually come in large quantities at once, see current spiral abyss for example
All humanoid enemies have a base of -10% PHY RES

since EULA elemental skill (HOLD) does aoe, and her Elemental Burst does aoe
she uses Physical which is strong against enemies that come in large stacks
A weapon that does a Aoe and PHY damage with a condition for Cryo, her element seems designed with her intended gameplay in mind

maybe it was made for her all along? maybe she was planned for dragon spine and then delayed?

  20. What about Favonius Great Sword?? Can we have an analysis if having the burst ready more frequent is better than a once-in-a-blue-moon freak-high-damage?(cause 80 energy is freaking high without a battery)
