Honestly I'm excited to see it back. When everyone was running R9/PK/WING/Longbow in season 1, I was running prowler/RE45/EVA8/Tripletake. Now they're some of the best guns in the game, and I'm excited to have my prowprow back.

I really loved the prowler before it went in the care pack. I always used it with a 301 and I primarily used it for close range fights as I'm not very good with shotguns. I thought it was an excellent skill based gun unless you're using aim assist because it didn't have a very good hip spray so it worked best when you ads which does give you a disadvantage in close quarters fights because your movement is slower when ads. The 99 and the volt are smg class but can be used at mid range pretty effectively so I liked that the prowler had a role as the go to smg for close fights. I hope it comes back and it's balanced well.

In my opinion I think the prowler should stay in the care package and the spitfire should just do 6 damage a shot and have no recoil

The prowler will be ground loot but it Wil only be able to shoot in burst mode
The prowler will not have an auto mode also the alternator will be a care pack weapon with disruptor rounds in built
if the spitfire is going to be in the package I hope it's rare as much as the kraber

I like the prowler. However I play on mnk and wish the auto fire hop up would be always applied like the choke on the pk. It’s not even better, burst has better dps. Just makes it more meta on console

Prowler needs to be nerfed back to 14 damage per hit like it used to be unless they want it to be top tier.
