  1. The crafting system is massively broken. For example, You can craft an epic armadillo mod for 5 white and 1 green crafting components. If you then disassemble the mod you get back 4 white, 3 green, 6 blue and 4 purple components.

  2. The Engineering Perk still might work – note that the 1st level is granted for free when you reach 20 in Engineering, so the 20 points only equate to a 20% increase in Charge Damage.
    I tested it yesterday with 108 points and saw a massive difference in charged weapon shots.

    I also tested the level 20 Hand Guns perk with 108 points and saw no difference, I never got the buff. The same for the Merciless part of Cold Blood, with a 108 points I got 0% more crit chance and 0% more crit damage.

    I also cannot get the double poison damage perk in Stealth to work..

  3. The blood pump used to work for me at one point, but recently it just does not work. Might have been broken by one of the patches. It's also pretty annoying that it locks out grenades 😀 Try equipping blood pump and then using grenades :))))

  4. I have no idea how the math und the weapon damage works when you add the crunch or crit damage mods. It seems to me that the Status effects on legendary weapons also gets multiplied by critical hit so that the benefits from critical damage mods is immensely higher than from crunch mods. My main problem is I can not get consistent damage numbers when I shoot enemy’s. The whole system seems to have problems adding up every figure correctly. Like the perks in the engineering tree. You have to activate the Perk that enables you to charge weapons to 100% so that the 50% bonus from the other Perk works correctly. This game is a mess.
