  1. its great there is the lawsuit. Some games are much more expensive on the store than the bloody disc version… it should be the other way arround to promote digital games

  2. I'd be more inclined to support Sony games on the Nintendo Switch than having what I know would consider Commie MS Gates having their mitts on Nintendo. But even with that said, it seems like Sony has be moving in the same direction as MS. You mentioned Grand Turismo…….. I actually wonder how many people like the fact that Sony sold GT Sport under the precedence that Internet wasn't going to be required to play their game, What a Crock of BS that was, A player could only play "Arcade Mode" offline and be able to Save, There wasn't any way to Buy Vehicles or be able to Save Game Play from "Career Mode" if you didn't have a internet connection. Under normal and regular circumstances, the only reason for an internet connection should only be for "Updates" and "Multiplayer Mode". I believe that The Gaming Industry is using the "Requirement of an Internet Connection" to Gather/Steal Data from Players so that they The Companies/Developers can claim rights and ownership on a n Unethical Level, mean while screwing the Fans and Unknowing Consumers. This "Requirement of Internet" is Un-Pure, Unethical, and is designed to F*** Fans and Consumers out of More Money they Shouldn't have to put forth, as due to the Over Substantial Amount of Money that is already being put forth be Fans and Consumers, me while being screwed over with "Stick Drift", " Glitchy and Buggy Developing/Unfinished Games Put to Sale", Supporting Scalpers by doing nothing to help solve the problem/issue……………………………….. All while the people that are suppose to regulate these people from doing unethical things like ripping of the people of this planet do nothing. Letting this perpetuate in the Direction that it is going is just giving The People and Companies More of the Abilities of Not taking The Accountabilities the should already be doing before any of the products even touch their own computers.

  3. Judgment is spelled wrong in the video, Judgement is spelled wrong as the game name (obv intentional). I don't blame your editor for that mistake

  4. 4:30 How is it a monopoly to sell PlayStation games on the PlayStation store exclusively? What about xbox exclusives? What about apple arcade, where that unique piece of software is only available through one platform? Or am I not seeing this right? My previous argument was that you could buy xbox or switch instead of playstation???

  5. When consoles go all digital (presumably they will at some point), will retailers be as motivated to carry them without being able to sell the games? Target or Wal-Mart don't make money selling the consoles. Sure they will still sell controllers, headphones, and other accessories, but if there aren't games to sell, will the revenue be worth it? Sony might want to rethink game cards looking forward to stay in competition with microsoft and nintendo.

  6. I definitely agree its a 175%, when they have a ps5 disk on sale for like $30, the digital version from Sony may still be at full price, but store's never have the digital counter part for same sale. It pisses me off because I don't want the disk version but want to pay less for a recent game

  7. Why aren’t people doing the same thing to Nintendo?! Nintendo have been keeping the games at $60 even if it’s preowned (unless bought from friend or directly from eBay/regular person)

  8. So The Outer Worlds had a shadow patch dropped late April and I heard nobody talking about it.
The game is absolutely worth picking up after that patch.
There wasn’t any NPC popping in on you, plus the performance and graphics are night and day compared to when it launched.
It is a must play on switch now.

  9. I wish Nintendo would get a family share deal with games. I buy mostly physical so I don’t need to buy another copy for my 4 year old son and my wife if she decides she wants to play.

  10. Why is Call of Duty Black Ops II still $59.99 with NO working online on the Xbox "Backwards Compatibility" proves people can sue for anything if anything thought they'd sue for that if theres a price like a set price on Steam or something this is very similar get used to it or complain until you get your way again seems to be the way of the world now… Bitch until you get what you want or need

Dark Alliance being Delayed on the Switch is a bummer but hopefully it's coming soon.

Ashame about the PSVita Deadline Date is still in effect.

Game Builder Garage using a PC Mouse is very neat.

I think we have been Paying over the odds for Years really, there is no way Digital Prices should be much as Physical.

Lots of Rumours about a Switch Screen n New Switch, I just can't wait too see the New Switch now.

Judgment is a quality game and the Sequel is looking equally awesome. The Yakuza Series is gonna be staying with the Turnbased style and the Judgment Series will be the Real Time Action Based I think from now on.

Epic ain't Playing around trying too get Exclusives on their Format from the Big 3 but I can imagine it didn't go well at all lol.

Good Poll, I think Metroid Prime 4 has a good chance of Selling around 5m or so but the MP Trilogy has too come out aswell. I don't think a New 2D Metroid or 2D Metroid Remake will be a big Seller but you never know with the Switch tho.

Great Comment, Nintendo definitely wants several Switches per Household or at least a Switch as a Companion too peoples main system, whether it's a Sony, Xbox or PC.

  12. The one thing I want to say is that the PSP store pretty much is shut down albeit you can buy things there by searching the game even though it is over a WPA which isn’t very secure these days. I do wonder if the PSP games will still be on the store for the PSVita because it can play those games as well.

  13. When you first said ā€œScott hereā€ I thought you where talking about Scott from Kentucky Ballistics. But I guess Scott the Woz makes much more since. Although the woz didnt have a 50 cal blow up in his face like Kentucky did. Lucky to be alive. Go check out the video it’s insane.

  14. It sounds so weird for me that people would get a physical copy just to "save some money". Like… I often pay more than I would digitally, just to get that physical copy, lol. Zoomers will be zoomers I guess.
