This is why I like Mircrosoft they actually give you a refund when you want or need one fucking Sony are assholes they did that with me and suspended my account cuz I charged myself twice

And people wonder why I don't buy a lot of newer games Day 1…
There are still genuine companies out there. Look at naughty dog or Insomniac, they don't release broken games like this. And I'm sure there's many others too
this is the problem with big industries nowadays. just throw the product out there and get money even though it means to brick your console. and you cant even sue anybody or get a refund.
Play's fine on my pc. Run into a repeated crash, wait a day. Works perfectly fine. It's the hardware people are trying to play on, and they'd have better hardware if they'd stop wasting money on console after console and just pay the cost of building a decent pc. Resell their parts, and upgrade when it's viable. If you honestly thought this game was going to run properly on first or second gen xbox and ps4's. That's your own delusion and you're paying the price for it. You point the finger and blame towards CDPR, but neither blame nor praise affects them. It's nonsensical and foolish when 2000 series GPU's run the game incredibly well with or without ray tracing. And 3000 series cards will be available within the spans of 2021. Patience is a virtue, and that's really people's problem. Crying about a game having bugs, yet will turn around and tell you ES: Skyrim was the greatest title they ever played. Yet the game still has bugs and glitches to this day. "Immersion isn't what I thought it would be", again your personal problem. You in your own mind created something that is borderline impossible to create. Do you believe these people to be God's? They can just whimsically create dense immersive matter for you to escape the real world? Try living, try experiencing the real world if you want something of absolute immersion. It's a video game, and a very good title in comparison to any futuristic fps title that's been released on any platform in the last ten years. Even decent wine has the potential to age into something fine… But it requires patience. Elites creating a society of people who demand instant gratification so they can be in constant dopamine withdrawal. It's funny to watch really. Check out a documentary called the "rat utopia".
And good luck building a pc now… They don't even make 2000 series gpu's, nor ryzen 3000 series cpu's anymore. Your problem once again. But go on and blame everyone, but yourself. You were taught to.

There was no way they would miss out on Christmas. After all CDPR is a company that needs to make money.
Never, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever and ever buy an PlayStation product. Or a a Digital game. I learn that last, last gen.
Ridiculous Sony, just ridiculous.
Kids listen I am through many conflicts with big companies and administrative bodies in my life and every time and by that I mean EVERY time a good lawyer-friend of mine sent a mere distich to them (as I, as a "normal" person, struggled with the exact same excuses e.g. not possible, policy blahblah) you WON'T BELIEVE how fast I got my money back as soon as they saw the words "law firm" on that letter resp. email.
And that's only because these companies know EXACTLY that it's actually against the law what they're doing and always trying to hold you (the "small" guy) down.
I so oftenly even got apologies from these companies that it took so long to refund me something.
So tell me what does that say about the world we're living in?
In normal cases you would already spend hundreds of bucks even to get your story heard by a lawyer and that's the reason almost nobody sees the value contrary to the actual matter about the 60 or 70 bucks for e.g. Cyberjunk.
And THIS is exactly what these grabby companies are abusing to most ppl out there; in other words: You're all taken for a god damn ride and as most ppl have no other choice, they just accept it despite being messed around with. I mean, imagine how many millions Sony would lose if they just refunded every of their customers the 60 bucks for Cyberprank. It is way easier/profitable for them to hold the mass down and to retreat to that 1% that actually has lawful rear cover. I know it's sad but that's how our world works.

To be fair to CDPR, unlike Ubisoft who delay their games to downgrade from their E3 promo, CDPR massively upgraded the fidelity of their gfx from the 2018 gameplay they showed.
I just realized the guy who refused to refund the game has a very similar name to me.
I got my refund immediately with XBOX. I played 5 hours.
Nintendo hates its customers, cdpr game does not function, rockstar is just rereleasing a game that came out over a decade ago, ea is ea, Bethesda is a lier. What game developer is left.

They actually never guaranteed the refund would work, they said”if u want a refund, please use the options on PlayStation and Xbox stores” they then go on to say if you don’t get it they have a website ready for it
