Yeah. I'll stick with my PC. I'm waiting for Capcom Arcade Stadium (CAS) to come to Steam. I've seen consoles wear out and then stuck with games that I cannot play. I want to see Nintendo and Sony come up with a PS and Nintendo virtual console for PC to play their games. Nintendo is the worst. I have already bought digital classics 3 times at least for different consoles and recharge for previous generation games (Skyward Sword being the latest culprit). This is why I refuse to buy CAS on Nintendo Switch! PS5 just has remakes. While XBSX does have the backward ability, but PC has that ability as well where I can play classic games. Chucks, one can even get free games on PC. When can one really get free games on any one of the consoles?!

Only thing i hate about the ps5 is auto hdr and you can't put chat audio through tv speakers only on the controller or headset which sucks

I totally agree. With the pandemic too, the timing of release is just poor. They have a lot of reasons to delay it like you mentioned.
I still play on base ps4 and I don't feel like I'm missing out on upgraded graphics, low load times and higher fps.
I totally hate how the ps5 has no solution to its storage issue yet. It's a crime they released it that way.

Mark told you dipshits a years ago NVME support will come later on and even provided information on why. also the State of Play thing, boy are you guys whinny like new games just creates itself. you cover news so you bought one knowing it was unready, I agree with everything else though. both should have delayed and the OS/storage management features for cold storage should have been at the start. clearly they know people will complain about having to move games to the flash storage before they play them, but its way fasters than downloading if you have bad Network speeds. my connection flys so I took that into consideration not having to care about needing storage really, sorry for the "Fanboy" rant as people may call it, I barley game anymore
Granted I've yet to get a PS5 but I'll wait till way later on when everything is avail. I feel like in a way they both should have waited (my own opinion) I feel like they could have done at least 1 maybe 2 years with the PS4 as the installment base is way bigger now than the PS5.
This is why I like pc I can swap out m.2's as I please. Heck I just recently setup raid 0 on two 1tb NVMe's m.2's and now I have double the speeds of a standard m.2. Not to mention that Sony is making a push to publish playstation games on pc. I dont see the value for me in buying a ps5 at all.
Thanks for taking the time to point these things out. Now I'm not as upset that I can't get my hands on a PS5 yet. I refuse to buy one from a scalper for double the MSRP, and it seems like I'm not missing much at the moment. Cheers, mate.

4 games installed? I’ve got 19 games on the internal (198gb still free) and 41 games on my external ssd (76gb free).
PS5 has been amazing. Outside of a few nitpicks, I feel for anyone that is waiting for stock.

We knew what we were getting and not getting when we bought them. If that was going to be a factor on my purchase I would of waited to get the PS5 and Series X.

I love the ps5 and demons souls isn't a remaster its a remake and as a launch game it has to be the greatest launch time ever
I have both the Series X and PS5 and the Xbox Series X is working perfect and has quick resume which i love. But generally speaking
the PS5 feels more like a next Gen. system. It has a different UI and an advanced game controller. The Series X is the same as the Xbox One X only
more powerful, it doesn't feel like a next Gen. experience like the PS5.

What consoles launch? I have been trying to buy a ps5 for a while now.
All these things are why I don't buy a next gen console until a few years after release.

I read they had chip shortages before it came out they were not ready that's why they were so hush hush and now they are reaping their practices with bots and scalpers.
I hate when Rich speaks brazenly in ignorance, but I love it when he speaks brazenly with truth. More so just to see the fanboys spaz out hearing the systems aren’t delivering enough to justify existing yet. I say this as a PS5 owner. And it’s a quality system, no doubt. But I haven’t played the thing since I got it, and what I have played is just PS4 games. “Oh but some are 4k now!” Ya? Whoopdy do. I’ve had that forever on my PC. Where online is free, games run better and I can use gyro. Switch does hybrid, PC does better performance. There’s no reason to play anything on PS5 unless it’s a permanent exclusive. Of which I don’t have anything interesting to play. Not into Demons Souls- if I was I’d be playing Dark Souls on Switch instead. And I haven’t even finished Spiderman. So DLC doesn’t really excite me. All that said, I knew this going into it. I bought it anyways because I can afford it and figure I’d get one eventually anyways. But it is MIND BOGGLING to me seeing people convince themselves they need one so desperately just because they’re sold out. It’s a “want it because it seems like a rare, hot item” rather than because it actually offers anything meaningful to your gaming experience at this point.
