  1. Do you want to know what's even worse? You don't want to know? Well, too bad then! What's worse about this controversy is that Phil Lord didn't feel any big of remorse and responded horribly to the public in regards to the animators behind this sequel movie that he fucking mistreated.

People that are that shit for brains like Phil Lord don't deserve to speak at all. Fuck Phil Lord! I hope to god he loses everything he has and ends up going on the Hollywood blacklist just like Amber Heard and recently Rachel Zegler.

    Fuck you, Phil Lord!

  2. thank god beyond the spider verse got delayed indefinitely, there’s no way they’d be able to make that movie good within the span of 6 months while these strikes are going on

  3. Hey Mark, two things:
    1. Phil Lord was a producer for Across the Spider-Verse. The director's were Kemp Powers, Joaquin Dos Santos and Justin K. Thompson. Lord Miller are the producers for the Spider-Verse movies and Lord helped write the story for Into the Spider-Verse.
    2. Have you gotten a chance to see Across the Spider-Verse yet, or are you going to make a review for this film? It's really great film and my favorite film of this year (so far).

I definitely hope that Beyond the Spider-Verse they can take their time and have less time crunching for the animators, cause you can't rush art.

  4. Y'know what? bring on that animation strike! These people need to be paid, and these huge companies need to understand how important those animators are! Plus, Maybe we can get max to put infinity train back on their platform (or something. Idk, I'm just really sad about that… theres no easy, inexpensive, or legal way to watch it anymore…)

  5. Though I loved getting to watch it in theaters at the beginning of summer, I really wish they had delayed the movie a few months or however long. When a movie is rushed to the point of having THREE VERSIONS because the director or whoever couldn’t chose what he wanted to happen, THAT SHOULD BE A SIGN THAT THERE SHOULD BE MORE TIME TO FINISH THE MOVIE!!!

  6. This is exactly why after my education in animation i opted out of the industry after the stress of the college course put me in the hospital for 2 WEEKS. There are just too many multi-facetted issues that end in no change. mass firings, mental health destruction, unpaid overtime, needlessly political/hostile work environments, incompetent upper-managment, lack of job security, pressure to move/ repealing the work from home strategy which actual boosted productivity, and so many more issues 🙁
