  1. As a Spurs I'm absolutely ashamed and disgusted with this Spurs team. Coach Pop, Gay, Mills and Jakob need to be released off this team immediately. There is no excuse for that embarrassing loss. Disgusting SPURS

  4. as a team, the spurs can score on anybody—that will never change. but why they cannot get timely stops with so many good defenders on the team is beyond me. they gave up a 28 point lead in a quarter and a half! i have to give boston credit for the come back. but are the celtics that good? or, are the spurs that bad on defense? there were times where the spurs played good D…but the celtics (jayson tatum especially) just made tough/timely shots. what i think hurt the spurs a little bit is the pace. they were getting/making shots early in the shot clock, but i think that benefited the celtics, too. i just think the spurs should've slowed the pace down—especially in the 2nd half. devin played good D, but i think it would help the spurs more if he came in with the second unit with that defensive intensity. lonnie was great. lonnie always looks good when he gets into a rhythm. again, why no luka samanic? luka has proven (to me at least) to be a good defender for the most part. i think his length would've helped against jayson tatum. i saw a lot of good things from the spurs in this game, but giving up the 32 point lead is madness. their schedule is brutal from here on out….but they have to find a way to bound back from this one—-with a win.

  5. As a Spurs fan this was sickening to watch and it just highlights how Gregg Popovichs coaching style does not fit the players that are currently on the roster and it also highlights how Popovich needs to retire and how somebody needs to come in and fire him or tell him to resign much the way Jerry Jones did to Tom Landry

  6. I am a guy who is not high on Tatum. I just came here to give him his due. I feel, if you can show up to criticize players, you can show up when they do well, to give them props.

Boston could have been a dynasty if they got rid of the headcase Jaylen Brown, and kept Kyrie with his best bud out there as a FA…………KD, Kyrie, and Tatum???? That size and lethal shooting at the front court tho…How you stop that?
