Everytme zion scores its and1.. what the hell???
That boy derozan got that clutch instinct it’s not too long ago he was averaging 27 and on one of the top teams now he’s underrated
I get it you're covering a spurs game but saying pop is the best coach lmao, top 3 coach yes but not the best.. that goes to Phil Jackson 💯
Knicks won 9 straight
This season will be a good stepping stone for the young pels team hope they will learn and improve by each game
*Lonzo hot from three.
SVG: Run through Ingram
If DeRozan has good 3 point shooting, he would probably be a top 5 player.
NOLA SHOULD TRADE BLEDSOE AND A PICK FOR DEROZAN
how yall choke half of the games smh
Was this edited by a Pelicans fan? Seemed like for every bucket they showed by the Spurs, they showed two by the Pelicans.
I love hearing the obviously bias pelicans announcers absolutely lifeless description of the game when Demar hit those daggers 🗡 😈😂
Zion has to establish a jump shot to extend his career and they need to post him more! The NBA has eliminated post play! Straight jump shooting league! It’s sad!
Second commentator is such a bullshit
I was the only fan excited when we got derozan to spurs i was like hell yea fukk leanord
At this point I feel like the pelicans are tanking. They don't want to make the play in. I really don't think they want to play for SVG. Bledsoe knows he is gone.
Pelicans are still seriously young. That 5 point lead they had late after struggling in this game should have been the turnaround point for a W-
However the Youngblood’s just didn’t finish it off. Still played a great game, mad respect for Demar, cant sleep on that guy, he’s not 82, more like top 20
Derozan finally clutch
DeMar DeRozan: best MID range shooter in the nba ?
Seems like you show a lot less of the Spurs baskets vs the Pelicans!? Always hating on my Spurs!
Where are the white players. Unreal
The commentators start by saying this is the biggest gm of the year for the Pelicans & they lose. If Zion's that guy then he goes for 50. Tired of media/fans crowning these guys before they win anything.
How u gonna drop 32 8 7 and not be an Allstar
Pelicans just keep losing
too much talent for SA.
Nobody on the pels plays defense
i'm so happy the spurs got this win. but man, luka's samanic played great defense on zion. and again, the thing that stood out to me about the match up is that luka held his ground and stood stout when zion drove to the basket. when luka first came into the league there was no way he could absorb that much contact without him getting knocked down or pushed out of bounds. now that i've gotten a better look at samanic—-i'm more convinced that pop needs to consider cutting rudy's minutes. part of the reason why the spurs have lost so many games is because of their inability to get stops when they matter—especially in the 4th quarter. my solution from the very beginning was to bring derrick white off the bench and add lonnie to the starting lineup. i honestly think lonnie and derrick would thrive in these new roles and make the team better overall. i think derrick and dejounte are more similar than they are different. i think dejounte is more effective when he handles the ball and is able to attack and push the pace. derrick is effective at both spots, but he's exactly what the second unit is missing. lonnie is more of a rhythm player—and a bit streaky. but when he gets going—he can get buckets from anywhere. and lonnie is damn near automatic in transition (which, for some reason, has not been a part of the spurs offense the past 2 years). so the rotation would look like this: starters: dejounte (PG), lonnie (SG), demar (SF), keldon (PF), jakob (C). the second unit would be: patty/tre (PG), derrick (SG), devin (SF), luka (PF), eubanks (C). the spurs have a of talent, with this rotation that talent is spread a bit more evenly. again, the key here is derrick because he stabilize the second unit by adding more defense (which i think they need) and a scoring punch. everyone keeps saying this was going to be a transition year for the spurs. honestly, i think that's bllsht. there is no reason why this team should be sitting at/around .500 and fighting to get into the playoffs. NONE.
Horrible recap, didn’t show probably 20 straight Spurs buckets
2 years, no playoff run. Year 5, Get The Hell Outta There Zion!
Lonzos shot looks pretty solid
Most boring announcer ever
Steven Adams not being Steven Adams, come on you gotta be use of Steven Adams!!
Van Gundy needs a different gig. The Pelicans job isn’t for him.
Why does it look like this?
My boys won but the refs wasn't giving us any calls. Pelicans got calls that wasn't even fouls….smh
Eric bledsoe dont belong on this team, str8 garbage
Spurs have some money to play with in free agency hopefully they can mak some moves
Enjoying the number of excuses in the comments section why the Pelicans lost this one.
Go Spurs
Q
If Lonzo can keep putting on a performance like this next season zo would be a all-star 🏁🏅
The Bayou Boys need a center…B1
