  1. How does this run performance wise with regards to framepacing and hitching?
On my gaming pc even with a 970 evo nvme it still hitches quite bad in certain spots, specifically when entering a new area
Is this present on the series x?, i'm just curious whether it was 100% an engine issue or a storage medium issue
like would the superfast ssd in the series x alleviate this problem ?

  2. This is not a remaster guys. On the PS5, it is still just a PS4 game with some tweeks to improve the framerate and the dynamic resolution turned off. Don't expect anything special in respect to Dualsense controller haptics, nor improvements in graphic textures etc to improve fidelity. It is a relatively lazy update but appreciated just the same. I don't think these small incremental patches to older games are worth comparing much between XBOX and PS, simply being that any inherent limitations (apart from FPS and dynamic resolution) in the PS4 Pro version (in contrast to XBOX One X) will persist in any PS4 game with some simple optimised game engine settings set when a PS5 is detected as the running console. It is not reflective of the underlying capabilities of the PS5, and the same for XBOX Series X.

  3. I already played it on my series X and it was running at 60fps 1080p prior to this update now it looks like it's going to mostly be running at 1440p 60fps. Bit of a disappointment though I don't understand why they can't get it running at 4K 60.
