Star Wars: The Bad Batch | Official Trailer | Disney+

Check out the brand-new trailer for Lucasfilm’s “Star Wars: The Bad Batch,” an original animated series launching exclusively on Disney+. “Star Wars: The Bad Batch” makes its debut on Tuesday, May 4, with a special 70-minute premiere, followed by new episodes every Friday starting on May 7.

“Star Wars: The Bad Batch” follows the elite and experimental clones of the Bad Batch (first introduced in “The Clone Wars”) as they find their way in a rapidly changing galaxy in the immediate aftermath of the Clone War. Members of Bad Batch—a unique squad of clones who vary genetically from their brothers in the Clone Army—each possess a singular exceptional skill that makes them extraordinarily effective soldiers and a formidable crew.

“Star Wars: The Bad Batch” is executive produced by Dave Filoni (“The Mandalorian,” “Star Wars: The Clone Wars”), Athena Portillo (“Star Wars: The Clone Wars,” “Star Wars Rebels”), Brad Rau (“Star Wars Rebels,” “Star Wars Resistance”) and Jennifer Corbett (“Star Wars Resistance,” “NCIS”) with Carrie Beck (“The Mandalorian,” “Star Wars Rebels”) as co-executive producer and Josh Rimes as producer (“Star Wars Resistance”). Rau is also serving as supervising director with Corbett as head writer.

  2. Hey Disney still thinking we are trolls and bots look at high republic numbers vs. the bad batch numbers clear difference of popularity and what the fans asking for. So long as the story is good and as long as it's neutral it will thrive like the mando series was being. My nephew, already excited for it, I'm a grown man and excited for it. Now stop experimenting and stick to what works for star wars as a brand, I thought disney is going to be a for profit organizatio, when will you wake up smell the coffee and get your house and management in order and start making profits once again? Respect the fans love the fans and they'll throw money at you at will, it'll be like how we were for the final fantasy remake everyone threw money at square enix like it was going out of style people was hunting the internet for hopes of news about what changes was being made and when we going to get it.

  3. This actually looks awesome.
    The plot sounds great.
I hope the young girl is not a female clone. Why would the Republic start making female clones neer the end of the Clone Wars? Considering, Tarkin doesn't like the enhanced clones, he sure wouldn't want more like them.
Rex will have to find and help Gregor and Wolf. Maybe Hunter will be the one to get Rex and the others to gather together and hide from the Empire?
This team of Clone might age slower, because of their genetic alterations. If so, they will age almost like the average human?
We don't see the Bad Batch in Rebels but they could still be around, just not directly involved with the Rebellion. They don't have to do a Rogue One ending.
Maybe that young girl is the child of the human scientist who first created Squad 99 or she is a Padawan who escaped Order 66 and now it's a few months after the war ended?
It's gonna be fun finding out.
This is the Star Wars we have been hoping for.

BTW all the fans are still waiting for Clone Wars final season, Resistance season 2 and Forces Of Destany to come out on disk.

  5. Ugh, one think I really dislike about these shows/movies/etc that are BETWEEN the three trilogies is that we know exactly how they are going to turn out. Plus I really dislike the clone troopers, but maybe it is because I dislike Temuera Morrison's voice so much (and very much dislike that they replaced Jeremy Bulloch's voice in The Empire Strikes Back. Gonna skip this one.
