I think it will come out on the PS5, but there may be a 3 month delay after the XBox & PC.
Starfield will be a safe release for the PS5, The Elder Scrolls I am not so sure they got far enough along development to actually take a proof of concept to Sony and say here is the new game you want it? I feel the only way that E.S.6 will be on PS5 will be if there was a multi-game contract signed with Sony for a few E.S. Games. Microsoft will be using the Main Bethesda Games as a carrot to lure people to Gamepass and or Xbox itself, the smaller studios will still be cross platform more than likely.

STARFIELD will b Xbox only and here's why because Xbox wants a good games exclusive Christmas along with halo and may be Forza. because last year Xbox had nothing And they don't want that mistake again and they need and want as many bangers as they can get

I would say that Starfield will be a timed exclusive for XBox/PC first then added to PS later. That is the most likely scenario. If you look back through Bethesda's game launch history, XBox does get priority even before the deal was a thing. That said, I wouls also expect the same for TES6. However, anything after that is very questionable.
I think starfield will come to ps5 my reason is the ps5 devkit went out to developers much much earlier than xbox devkit but the thing if you remember bethesda Todd Howard once said starfield is indeed playable but still far from done and will be for next gen I think starfield is complete infact ps5 was finished first so why scrap most likely a profit of 360,000,000 to 420,000,000 based on copies sold at 60 or 70 dollars my opinion

You make valid points for Starfield showing on PS5 Joe. I'd add that it makes the most sense from an economic standpoint as well. Starfield will easily be the most expensive game BGS has ever developed, especially when factoring in a completely new animation system, a heavily reworked game engine, and multiple photorealism technology updates. And who knows what else they are throwing into this new IP….I suspect there is stuff we've not imagined yet. I know P Spencer said they don't need to market outside their domain to succeed, but it makes little sense to alienate/agitate a significant part of the BGS customer base when that money (and it is no small figure) would still expedite the return of their 7.5 B. investment. Leading with kindness to all gamers would likely be the better payoff.
Anyone who thinks Starfield will come to PS5 is just delusional. It'll 100% be an Xbox/PC/Game Pass exclusive. And I have both Series X and PS5 and PlayStation is my preference. But keeping it real, it's not coming to PlayStation!

That article ment absolutely nothing despite it were the words of a high ranking member of one of the first party studios. The only way how it appears on PS5 would be if there is a contract in place, of which we know there isnt cause Microsoft blocked Sony's attempt to get it. Also do you really think Microsoft is going to share the first original ip of one of the biggest sub/system seller studio's in the industry ? Due to the work that has been done to a "simple" port job…your in denial my friend. Heck even Jim Ryan not to long ago said in an interview that they didnt had a clue whats was going to happen with the Bethesda ip's.

Game Pass is never going on PS, as long as Sony is trying to push PS Now.
In my opinion, I think it's unlikely to happen.
Unless there is some hidden contract that Sony made with Bethesda to ensure that their platforms receive titles (very doubtful as those contracts are typically for exclusivity) I do not see Starfield or anything else going to the PS5. Microsoft tried to get Game Pass on the PS4/PS5 and sony refused and Microsoft isn't as concerned about the xbox as it is with the game pass. Game pass is where they believe the future is, and will double down and use Bethesda games to bolster that position.

Death loop and ghostwire tokyo had a time exclusivity contract, that is what MS will honour. Starfield and TES 6 don’t need to release on ps5 because there is no such contract that is similar to the one made with these other games.
This is a win for Microsoft and gamers no matter what.
