If you haven’t signed an NDA they can’t come after you. They can come after the person that did sign the NDA however.

I'm hoping Starfield is a Farscape style thing. Crichton gets dragged through a wormhole, and ends up in a unknown, but distant, part of the galaxy. The chap you can see wandering about on the space station in the trailer, and the fact it gets dragged through a……thing, could line up with some thing like that…..maybe…..
