Since I was a kid, I have always loved the fantasy genre. I have fun making these recipes because I grew up hearing most of the names of these dishes. I am not a professional baker, cook, videographer, or editor. I love being in the kitchen though, and I produce these videos to help guide you guys through the recipes, while giving you my feedback on it:) I hope you enjoy my channel. If there are any recipes you guys would like me to make from the fantasy cookbooks, leave a comment and I will try to make it right away!:)

Hardcore recipe! π
Id have to pass on the blue cheese as well, Im not a fan either. I get where the recipe is trying to go, but nah. The apples look fantastic tho! I love all the complexity to this dish. Looks so delicious girl!
I concur without the blue cheese π§ . I will try. Thank you FK!
Oh that is SOOOO GOOD looking!!!
Oh perfect, I think warm apple is one of the best choices to have in winters, loved your stewed apples really. Best wishes
I will top that with raspberry sauce. And a splash of rum.
Looks so delicious! I like apple dishes! Great combo of apples and currants! I don't like blue cheese and I never eat it. I would add feta cheese instead of blue cheese.π
Oooh. Yummy! Yes I could see the blue cheese might have been a bit strong. I think a mild Gorgonzola cheese might have been good. Great job my Friend!!
That looks delicious and a lovely winter dessert. We serve this with a white crumbly cheese called Wensleydale and itβs to die for. Tfs
So yummy,I love apples and i like the apple-cheese comboπππ§π!!Good job my dear friend ππβ€!!
So delicious , so much better than plain applesauce . Love blue cheese in my salads and sandwiches and with fresh pears . Thank you for sharing this good recipe .
I've used this recipe for the base of an apple current pie. I just increased the cornstarch a bit and used a milder blue cheese which I added into the crust. After watching your video I want to make it again lol. Thanks for sharing Fantasy Kitchen .
