Xiao is the first Anemo pure DPS. pure DPS are selfish always want in the field because their kit only benefit themself. If you want a team which centered by 1 main carry while the other 3 are supports, then Xiao is good choice. You can make party with xiao and 3 other elements users, so Xiao can swirl them when he is attacking. Diluc, Razor, Childe and Keqing are also the examples of Pure DPS.
What sad is that the Electro Yaksha is already gone 🙁 he killed himself and you can find more details and seek his treasure near Jueyan Karst. It's a reputation quest called "Yaksha's Wish"

I was thinking that maybe Hu Tao is the 4th Yaksha, since she's technically currently Zhongli's boss and a pyro character as well, so maybe she has some connection but apparently the 4th one is also already dead according to some of the comments here.

Just because the trailer says they died, it does not mean that they are dead :). (also, no one ever truly dies in a gacha).
