They called it a kingdom. It's literally an Odyssey kingdom, so I suppose it'll have roughly the same length (as one kingdom, maybe a bit less). Also, someone called it (on discord, I think): Bowser getting angry is a periodical event and you can face him once you collect enough shines. I'm down for it.

"Use a variety of cat actions" – where's the part where they knock things off the shelf or table?
Bowser's Fury is the Odyssey DLC that we never got. The area is called the Cat Kingdom so the area will probably be the length of one kingdom from Odyssey.
This was not the first HD Mario game, that goes to NSMBU
