It seems that if you move at a certain angle with a ledge like the one at the side of the road, you can move very fast. Might be useful for Speed Running.
This was the first glitch I found, but it is incredibly useful and works on any ledge and you just have to get it so your running against it but not hopping of the ledge.
I tried this a few times and it is quite easy to pull off, once i suddenly got like 100mph but it never got so fast ever again
