Once you mentioned that you can craft a boat, explore in that along the river.
The stamina effect is an aoe effect so as long as you two are close together, you only need to activate it once. You can go back and forth on whole activates it as well to have more time to use it! 🙂
Also, the visible to other players thing is just to make your character visible to others on the map, it doesn't share the pins on you map. As far as I know, there isn't a way to share pins. It may be something that gets added in the future tho.
One and two star creatures are harder to kill and deal more damage but they do drop more resources! <3
The autotune munchkin voice was adorable n hilarious but unfortunately could barely understand a single word lol. As long as u two can understand it, that's all that really matters.

I've never played this game, I know nothing about it but I think you're missing something when you come to a dead end. Think, what do I want to do when I come across ore. I know you want to figure stuff out on your own but I thought a hint couldn't hurt.
