  1. I have read we ride forth, and while I understand that undead are left with only one emotion when raised. It says noting about whether or not they have to stay that way. In fact there are a couple of lines in there that almost suggest that they are capable of relearning them. Those who were apart of the Desolate Council, in before the storm, seem to have been different as well. Perhaps that's the difference between a forsaken raised via plague vs magic? Perhaps the will of the necromancer plays a part in this as well?

  2. Zooval wants to use Anduin as a Lich King 3.0 his avatar to accomplish what he needs to scape/restore the Maw as he did with Arthas on Azeroth. He might forge a new Helm of Domination aswell. If he controls Anduin he will do whatever he wants in and out of the Maw. As he's a mortal who can activate those Way Stones.

  3. Dude this is amazing, I mean imagine that all the leaders of the horde and the alliance hate Sylvanas for being cruel and stuff , but Anduin realized that Sylvanas was not the person who she seemed to be, with Sylvanas being aware of that. This shit is gonna be like a love story lol.

  4. A lot of interesting parallels. The way sylvanas whipped the sword up was just like Arthas in his cinematic with sindragosa.

Anduin has a lot of parallels to Arthas as well. And he's got a mournblade that can dominate your will dangling in front of him. Just like Arthas.

That whole scene was basically Arthas and Sylvanas, just in reverse. Except shes giving him the choice she didn't get.
I was waiting for anduin to point out to her that she's helping Zoval do to him, what Zoval did to her ultimately. All the things she hated Arthas for. She's following his footsteps. Except, its worse now because she's doing it willingly. Arthas was manipulated and straight up controlled into it.

Yeah he was such an easy target.. but still.

  5. I dunno about thinking they will make Anduin use the blade. Sure, that's how they gotten Arthas but I think like…what if they want his soul IN the weapon? Like remornia has her own mind and probably frostmourne? Would not surprise me if they make Anduin a mournblade himself. But I can see both things happening regarding likelyhood. I don't know if it looking charged is really a point against this, it could be just the runes ready to be fed a soul.

  6. It's a great cinematic, short but impactful. However, I don't agree about the sword. Its obviously a runeblade, and the power that it has been designed with is in the runes inscribed into it, the runes that determine what its purpose is. The stone that Zoval pulls out almost certainly is a soulstone – but I believe its an empty one and Anduin's purpose is to fill it. Because think about it – what soul does the Jailer want more than any other? Azeroth. Could he design a stone capable of holding an unborn Titan's soul? I think its possible, if the power of the sword was strong enough, bolstered by someone like Anduin. The Jailer can't go to Azeroth, but Anduin can, and he can also access the Heart Chamber.

I have another thought for you – how much of her actions are by her own will? I think that "We/I have not come this far to falter now" is quite telling. Why would she say exactly the same line as the Jailer did? Was Anduin in fact trying to reach HER rather than the Jailer? If she has been somehow 'possessed' for want of a better word, he may very well realise that. His last line got me thinking about it "Make your choice…Sylvanas Windrunner". He spoke her full name as if he was trying to reach out to her. I may be wrong but this Jailer is a creature who has dealt with manipulation before, so it wouldn't be all that unusual.

  7. So, about the portal Jailor reaches into for the shard, before someone comes with some shit like it's son of Illidan and Taelia trapped in a time loop and that allows it to holds souls or something.
We have a past reference to something VERY similar, if not pretty much the same. It is a fucking inventory. Or, to be more precise, a pocket universe created by a powerful spellcaster who uses it as an inventory. We have seen thin in War of the Ancients with Korialstrazs when he saved blue dragonflight. He put the eggs into a pocket universe he created, portal (or interface) of which by visual description goes pretty close to what Jailor did just here.

  8. I will go on the limb, she is going to do it, and then she will have a change of heart, she will become the next Darth Vader, Anduin will be her Padame and the Jailer will be the emperor. We the champion with that Gd powered elf girl will be the Luke Skywalker.

  9. jailer is trying to put another system and his own purpose i think sylvanas would better off not working with us or anduin, i hate that, i want her to help us but in the villainiest way possible, i mean imagine in the end raid where we desperately try to kill jailer and clearly would fail she comes kills the jailer free us and before anyone can capture her she would run away and say something along the line of "i wanted to tear it all down i figured i start with jailer" then goes on a cosmic quest to kill every "leaders" on cosmological forces;

  10. @35:28 — You make a comment in regards to what is said by Aunduin: “…because if you can get me to let go of hope, you finally can too.”

Il’gynoth says in his Whispers during The Emerald Nightmare: “You have failed those who needed you. Your light sputters out… Welcome Death, Do Not Fight It. Release your grip on hope. The pain of flesh is fleeting…true torment, lasts forever.”

Sort of seems similar in what’s going on, though may just be trying to force pieces together that aren’t meant to fit. Who knows…

  11. Sylvanas is so going to use this sword to fight tyrande in a cinematic cutscene.

35:08 for a second you can see her scowl her brows together before she said “don’t”.

If she changes anduin by force she will be finally betray her own self. There won’t be any different anymore.

  12. So nostalgic imo. This scene hides emotional torrents underneath it. ranger general of silvermoon rang the bell in the dark lady. If anything could bring back sylvanas its anduin. She is seeing the image of his father in him

  14. First lie was with the end of warlords of draenor, second with the end of battle of azeroth.
    Third is now.

So probably the third lie is him joining the jailor.

    Question is, who's the master?

"the cunning ones kneel before six masters but serve only one"
Could it be that there's more masters than 6?
If the six masters are the first ones responsible for the main forces, could the 7th be the clockmaker?

  15. I would like to point out that when she says "I've not come this far[…]" she is literally trembling, it is not that she is not ready just yet, is that she will never be ready!

as for people calling Sylvanas evil just because, or that she loves being a banshee and willingly doing all the killings,
I would like to remind everyone some of her original line: "What joy is there in this curse? We are still undead, sister–still monstrosities. What are we if not slaves to this torment?"
""Arthas murdered my people and turned me into this… monstrosity." she HATES what she has become, and I think the emotion she is left with rather than rage, it's pure vengeance, if you remember when she was driven purely from vengeance against arthas she did mistakes.
Also she is an elf she has always been arrogant and ruthless, those are elven traits ahahhah it's why we love her so much.
Also I believe Sylvans has shown her mortality quite few times before with her sisters, this is the beauty of her character, the only reason Anduin is able to poke into it, is because that glimmer of mortality is maybe bigger than other undead because she tries hard to maintain it. of course she doesn't want it be used against her, like in this case, but she is still treasures it for herself
he tells her she tries to make him lose hope, just because she's can't do it for herself , she still hold hope dear, it's probably why she went bananas when the nightelf told her that she can't make them lose hope.
she ultimately need to lose the hope she holds inside her to believe 100% on the Jailer's cause.

  16. Maybe shes trying to get him to weild the sword because she can't bare to??? You can hear at the end of the scene her grip tightens on the sword. Maybe she's looking for the ideal litch king. The jailer already has Arthas, we know this because Uther yeeted his ass into the maw, he could try reuse him again. I think Sylvannas has a choice to be the litch Queen and didn't want it but doesn't want risk in who she serves under when they come back to Azeroth. Dead comes for your world, we know they wanna claim Azeroth for what ever reason. I say we just plant some Azerite on the Jailer and let Magni do the rest 'CHAMPION COME TO THE MAW'

  17. Might sound crazy but could it be possible that the new morneblade could be made for Anduin to use if he accepted the jailers alliegience and could be the Lich King for Azeroth. Only difference is that the previous Lich Kings arthas and bolvar were that they was preventing jailor plans at bay but having a Lich king that won't hold back and joins the jailor could destroy azeroth etx

  18. Sylvanaa did nothing wrong. Shadowland system is fucked up – this is like slavery wich slowly drains your soul energy empty. Very cruel afterlife. I would want to tear that system down and rebuild.
