This gun is no joke, last wipe I've taken out Sanitar and one of his guards with Pst Gzh.
For ultra-budget, just throw on the butt pad.
Question is, what ammo though?
For me, this gun is the king in terms of price/performance. With AP ammo it takes down medium-geared players really fast, and If you top up your mags with some of 7N31, it shreds even level 5-6 armor. Given the recoil is very tight on this one, it's quite easy to find headshots once you start spraying. I'm not a good player in terms of aim and I struggle with budget AK/M4s, but I feel like this gun has leveled the playing field for me and I'm now more confident to enter firefights. It is also very precise when hip-firing (don't forget to put on your laser/flashlight) so headshotting/spraying opponents in close quarter combat is a breeze. Also, a fun option is putting on a semi-sniper scope (like Spectre) and landing some silent one taps. You can't snipe from very far as the bullet drop is quite significant, but for anything up to 50 meters it works really well.
My go to budget weapon has always been the ADAR and it's so easy and cheap to mod from early traders. I love running it with the 20 round mags that fit in your pocket for super budget runs too, works great!
If you have Jaeger lvl2 you can also replace the muzzle brake with the saiga-9 muzzle brake for just ~600 roubles for a sweet little extra -1% recoil

Been using the same build for a bit I just switch the default muzzle for the saiga one for extra recoil reduction with no ergo penalty, great little gun
Pp19 is my favorite smg
I mean it's not a build but I like the MP 153 with some good ammo, the 12ga choke and the 8 shell mag
This was a great little gun to use at beginning of wipe. Had a lot of fun with the low lvl/gear pvp, too bad it lasted only a week till SWEATY TRYHARDs started bringing META Gen IVs & Altyns into raids while people were just trying to get quests done, snowballing from there and forcing everyone to gear up quickly. Still, if you're proficient with headshots this thing can get work done. Hey Geekseh, what ammo you tend to run in this gun if you're still actively using it? You think 6.3 will do or will PST GZH be alright?
This is super close to the exact build I use frequently. I love the PP-19-01
Or you can buy a vector for 72-75k roubles and chuck a cheap sight on it. The 50 round mags will be expensive but the gun legit comes with 20 something vertical recoil stock

Ultra New Player AK-74U build: (only Mechanic LVL 2:, all others LVL 1)
– AKS-74U (28 k roubles LVL 1 Prapor)
– Alfa Arms Goliaf AK – 74U Handguard (5.5K LVL 2 Mechanic)
– KAC vertical pistol grip (3.4K LVL 1 Peacekeeper)
– 25 mm mount ring + ultrafire flashlight (6.5K Mechanic LVL 1/Skier LVL 1)
– Izhmash AK polymer pistol grip (6P1 Sb.8) (0.8K Prapor LVL 1, gives +1 ergonomics)
Total cost: ~45 K rubles
– Burris FastFire 3 Reflex Sight + Base (Peacekeeper LVL 1 192 dollars = 21K rubles)
Total = 66K rubles

Well, slightly cheaper variant – AK 100 polymer handguard, also allows for tactical grip and flashlight, no stat improvements, but good opportunity for budget build, like put that on stock PP19, put any dovetail sight and put rubber buttpad, and maybe tbl or x400. Than, if you found in raid tactical grip, just put on gun, same with flashlight/laser. Also, really good option, even for ultrabudget variant – silencer, rotor 9×19 or dedicated saiga/pp19 vityaz one, dirt cheap and effective 🙂
