Bennett need H.P % energy recharge and flat attacks for his ultimate because it only gives base damage buff not overall damage if you think getting base attacks is bad how about getting crt damage for support character
I wish I had the same luck I did with my first five star artifact(bards feather) it has atk 15% crit rate and dmg 10% and energy recharge 5%… literally every artifact I get that's five star is hp% or def% now and it hurts
I got a double crit rate feather for ningguang. It instead rolled atk% 5x. I was saying it's still good 31% atk%, with two single rolls of crit is good right?

I swear the shitty stats are weighted in the item level ups. No way 4 skills = a 25% chance for each. I constantly get all 4 level up in flat D or hp. Never have I got all level ups into good stats, never. I've done over 150 legendaries.
The same thing happened to me in a flower, it had atk%, crit dmg and crit rate; at level 4 I got def% and then it only increased that stat, I was left with a flower with 30% defense …
