I was just thinking about this:
I'm using physical Kaeya with Summit Sharper, and my team would be Kaeya, Fischl, Bennett and Zhongli
Kaeya with his build, ok
Fischl and Zhongli with ToM 4-pieces set
Bennett with 4-pieces Noblesse.
So, you talked about Noblesse and ToM would give 20+20% atk buff.
But, if I have the Zhongli E doing dmg and Fishcl E doing dmg both with ToM, it should stack, right?
So you would be receiving 20(zhongli ToM), 20(Fischl ToM) and 20(Bennett Noblesse)
Noblesse SAYS IT DOESN'T STACK, but ToM doesn't say anything about it.

Does the elemental skill have to do dmg?
If it needs to only apply an effect to an opponent, this artifact set can, in theory, work for Barbara and Xinqiu, as their water ring/swords apply wet status upon contact with an enemy.
ah Im thinking about Barbara maybe with 4pc TOM, like 2pc +Hp% buff seems good for her + the 4 pc buff where in Barbara's E is deployable (but kinda hard to proc the buff since range is to short)
I was extremely excited for this artifact, as it can make my Diona's shield beefier. Then I saw the 4 set like wtf, isn't this for Zhongli only?

I build full HP Zhongli so 2 pieces of it are just too good
This artifact is for the abyss, like i use 4 of them at lisa to make her more durable and make the zhongli's shield more stronger, lisa is here only for the herald

I didn't Spend my Resin at these domain I'm still doing working for Retracing Bolide for Noelle and Blizzard set for Ganyu (Need Perfect Crit Rate and Crit damage Substat)
If they changed the 4 piece effect to stack time per elemental hit, or just give it more than 3 seconds, then it would be significantly better. As it is now, its far too cumbersome to deal with with this artifact set. This artifact set was designed to be a niche for Zhongli, and even then, it's still a headache to actually use properly. It's needlessly complicated, and an artifact set shouldn't weigh on ones mind in the middle of combat as much as that one does.
i have a main dps razor at ar46 and i'm farming ridge watch for the pale flame set but the domain gives me tenacity of the millelith so i decided to put it on my zhongli.
That set is obviously not worth but pale flame is so that makes it worth
actually tenacity of millelith worth my resins since i want only the pale flame
So then Bennett ult is also bad?
I think this set would have been way more interesting and worth it if approached and made differently.. for now I think it's a bit underpowered by the fact that it's HP and that it's pretty complicated to use and get the buff
I prefer a big pp burst damage Zhongli for now
I'm farming Pale Flame for Eula and Millileth will just be a part of those drops.

I wasn't planning on farming it precisely because that buff is so short. Even with 2 pillars, I find making sure it procs before shielding too much of a hassle.
I'm so confused how this works and I have the 4 set on zhongli. My question is if I put on zhongli shield then switch to hutao use her elemental skill. Does she get the shield buff and attack buff now even tho zhongli isn't on field?
Meanwhile, me who wasted 10+ fragile resin to get the entire set:
im already in the middle of farming 4pc tenacity for diona… is 4pc noblesse really better for her as support/healer? if yes, then i might have to switch again >.>
