I had a game one time where everyone couldn't auto and cast abilities. We all just bought sunfire to deal damage to eachother.
Imagine being a vayne in this game and not being able to target enemies and having no skillshots.

Riot really needs to fix this. This happens everytime I play ranked, my team's champions never seem to load, I can't ever see them on the map, it's so weird!

Just yesterday I had a ranked game where everyone was complaining about .2+ sec delay. People were walking and rubber banding so much it looked like teleportation. Enemy Riven quit because it was unplayable.
